not long ago in the paper they're discussing over whether to stretch or not to stretch before exercise..

one thing i think make sense easily is that, when u stretch, you're telling your joins and muscles that you're gonna rest..cos when u exrcise, you use energy, and the joins n muscles are actually tensed up, preparing to take sudden impact..

so now i stretch only after exercise..

if you had look at my post, you will know i had stretch by walked 400meter before i start to run. but i seldom to do stretching on my body because i take walk for 400m as a part of stretching.

Students studying in the universities today can hardly survive without good commands in english.

If I'm not mistaken, it is called " Employment Letter" or " Letter of Employer"

Haha,I have nose so I definitely can smell

I can't smell anything as he's not cooking unless he stinks
