KUALA LUMPUR (Thomson Financial) - Citigroup said Monday it has cut its
target price for the shares of stock exchange operator Bursa Malaysia Bhd to
11.64 ringgit from 12.85 ringgit to factor in falling trade volumes on the
bourse.

Bursa Malaysia retained its "sell" call from Citigroup.

"It appears that last year's trading pattern -- strong first-quarter,
slower second-quarter to fourth-quarter -- is a likely scenario," said
Citigroup analyst Julian Chua in a note to clients.

Chua said he has lowered his average daily volume forecast for Bursa
Malaysia in 2008 to 2.2 billion ringgit from a previous 2.5 billion ringgit.

"The possibility of a severe global economic downturn is a key risk
factor in attempting to estimate trading volumes," Chua said.

During the last two economic and stock market downturns of 1998 and 2001,
Bursa's trading volumes shrank by up to 90 percent over a period of 14-17
months, he said.

(adds details) KUALA LUMPUR (Thomson Financial) - Malaysian oil and gas fabricator Ramunia Holdings Bhd said Monday it has been awarded a contract worth about 685 million US dollars from India's Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC). In a filing with the stock exchange, the company said its unit Ramunia International Services Ltd and Ramunia Fabricators Sdn Bhd have been notified about the award of the contract for a submarine pipeline project. The Malaysian company will also undertake modifications on existing facilities, testing, and commissioning work as per ONGC's tender for a cluster field in the Heera-Panna-Bassein block of Bombay Offshore basin, which is about 60-90 kilometre west of Mumbai city. The new contract is expected to contribute positively to its earnings for the fiscal years 2008 to 2010, said Ramunia. Trading in Ramunia shares has been suspended to facilitate the announcement. The stock was last traded at 1.62 ringgit, up 1 sen or 0.6 percent.

to factor in a 12 percent reduction in the average daily volume assumption.

For 2009, he said he he trimmed his forecast by 6 percent following an 8
percent reduction in the daily volume estimate.

At 11.38 am, Bursa shares were down 40 sen or 2.9 percent at 13.40
ringgit.

The Kuala Lumpur Composite Index was down 18.36 points or 1.3 percent at
1,387.04.

我也认同你的说法，只是2天时间股价已经涨到酱高了，如果还没买的，想追高，就要小心一点咯

2子公司獲22億合約
RAMUNIA停牌前掛RM1.62
（吉隆坡28 日訊）RAMUNIA控股（RAMUNIA，7206，二板貿易）子公司Ramunia國際服務公司（Ramunia International Services Limited），以及Ramunia裝配有限公司（Ramunia Fabricators Sdn Bhd），獲總值22億令吉合約，並于今日停牌交易。

RAMUNIA控股向馬證交所報備指出，配合子公司獲合約，將于今日早上9時暫停交易，並于29日，早上9時正復牌。

印度公司石油與天然氣開採及生產（Oil & Gas Exploration & Production，簡稱石氣開採）頒發總值6億8500萬美元（約22億令吉）的裝置開採設備合約于RAMUNIA控股二子公司。

文告指出，22億令吉的合約總值，大幅超過了RAMUNIA控股淨資產值9.16倍。

RAMUNIA控股預計，上述合約在2008財年至2010財年，才會開始貢獻公司收益。

RAMUNIA控股最后報價為1.62令吉。
