价值浮现投行喊买　威鋮先涨后稳

（吉隆坡4日讯）儘管成本提高预计將对威鋮集团（VS，6963，主板工业股）未来几年盈利造成压力，但近期股价锐挫使投资价值重新浮现，促使分析员喊买该股。

昨日遭拋售而股价一落千丈的威鋮集团今日成功止跌。该股今日以2.03令吉高开，盘中升抵2.06令吉；但隨著马股在尾盘崩跌，该股欲振乏力，最后回吐涨幅，以1.97令吉闭市，全天无起落。其凭单--威鋮集团-WA（VS-WA，6963WA）躋身热门榜第35位，全天下跌14.17%或8.5仙，掛5.15仙。

投资者担忧可能引爆的全球贸易战將衝击供应链，加上美国科技股龙头于週一因利空消息而大跌，使大马科技股在连日的卖压中兵败如山倒，威鋮集团是受创最重的股项之一。

马银行投行分析员认为，威鋮集团在大马的业务成本提高，但难以將增加的成本转嫁给买家。

该分析员称，难以转嫁的成本包括：一、今年1月起，僱主必须为每名外劳支付1850令吉人头税，该公司目前在西马僱用约8000名外劳，劳工成本因此每年增加约1480万令吉；二、生產针对老年消费者的电子產品所需的特別原材料价格上涨。此外，新增的机柜装配（box build）生產线的初始成本高于预期。

有鉴于成本劣势，考虑到最坏的情况（谈判失败，无法转嫁成本给客户），马银行投行分析员將威鋮集团2018財政年凈利预测下调12%，並將2019和2020財政年凈利预测各下修7%。【东方网财经】

1.       Introduction           The Board of Directors of V.S. Industry Berhad (“VSI” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, V S International Venture Pte. Ltd. (“VSIV”), a company incorporated in Singapore, had on 11 April 2018 incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, VSB Technology Pte. Ltd. (“VSBT”). 2.       Details of VSBT & Purpose for the Incorporation           VSBT is a company incorporated in Singapore with an initial paid up capital of USD1.00 comprising one ordinary share held by VSIV’s nominee, Datuk Gan Sem Yam upon incorporation. The said share has since been transferred back to VSIV on 25 April 2018.           VSB Technology Pte. Ltd. will undertake the principal business activity of investment and intellectual properties holdings.           The Directors of VSBT are Ms Diong Chon Loi and Datuk Gan Sem Yam who is also the director of VSIV. 3.       Consideration           The investment in the share capital of VSBT and its incorporation expenses are financed by internally generated funds. 4.       Effects of the Incorporation of VSBT           The incorporation of VSBT does not have any effect on the issued share capital of VSI and the Substantial Shareholders’ Shareholding. 分析员喊买　威鋮集团扭转跌势

（吉隆坡29日讯）儘管威鋮集团（VS，6963，主板工业股）交出差强人意的业绩表现，低于分析员预期；但隨著其股价在近期表现疲弱，分析员认为，现在是累积该股的良机，这刺激该股今天跟隨大市走高，而且交投炽热。

威鋮集团今日以1.33令吉低开，並一度挫跌15仙或10.56%，至1 . 2 7令吉全天最低水平；不过，该股隨后扭转跌势，並在投资者追捧下，节节攀升，午盘触及1.56令吉全天最高价位，大起14仙或9.86%。

闭市时，该股收报1 . 3 3令吉，全天涨13仙或9.15%，共有3516万5400股易手，位居全场热门股第8名，同时也是第22大上升股。其凭单--威鋮集团-WA（VSWA）亦隨母股大热走高，以31.5仙闭市，全天起6.5仙或26%，成交量为8253万股，排在热门榜第3名。

威鋮集团2018財政年Q3业绩落后预测（截至4月30日止）净利按年腰斩58.3%，至2106万令吉；营业额则微增3%，至8亿7981万令吉。首9个月，其净利按年萎缩6%，至1亿1233万令吉；营业额按年增长34%，至30亿7826万令吉。

兴业投行分析员表示，威鋮集团低于预期的业绩，归咎于成本走高，以及市场低估了美国客户停止生產线所带来的影响。J F 艾毕斯证券分析员也认为，原材料价格走高、当季美元兑令吉匯率下跌、以及较高的劳动成本，导致该公司净利赚幅走低。

该分析员指出，该公司营业额將继续由主要客户的成品组装（box-build）订单推动。而净利预期隨著新生產线逐步改善，並达到最佳生產水平后，获得改善。

「惟，即將展开的新生產线启动成本、较高的劳动成本及外匯波动，有可能使到赚幅继续受压。」

至于Keurig咖啡机，该公司预计隨著新替代產品的出现，未来几个季度的销售將回升。

为了更好地反映较低的赚幅，JF艾毕斯证券分析员將2018和2019財政年净利预测，分別下砍39%及29%。

马银行投行分析员也將2018至2020財政年净利预测，分別下调16%、10%及9%。

与此同时，兴业投行分析员也把2018至2020財政年的盈利预测，分別下修27%、19%及18%。

不过，该分析员表示，威鋮集团过去良好的记录及不断增长的业务模式，该公司可取得新客户和新订单。

同时，即將展开的新生產线和提高生產效率，有助未来数个季度的赚幅回升。

他继续看好该公司的盈利增长，將受惠于客户强劲的销售订单，並认为目前是买入该股的良机。

大眾投行分析员也说，虽然前景充满挑战，但他相信该公司的长期投资优势，所以他认为现在是趁低该股的好机会。

威鋮集团涨势延烧　凭单受捧全场最热

（吉隆坡26日讯）由于新出炉的业绩比预期佳，威鋮集团（VS，6963，主板工业股）延续昨天大热上涨的势头，全日大起6.79%或11仙，至1.73令吉，是第5大热门股。

该股昨日（25日）已经走高6.57%或10仙，至1.62令吉。

同时，该公司的凭单威鋮集团-WA也继续交投炽热，该股以1亿2164万股转手量，成为全场最热门股项，同时股价也全天劲扬31.58%或9仙，至37.5仙。

威鋮集团2018財政年末季（截至7月31日止）净利按年上扬4.44%，至3844万令吉；营收也按年增加2.8%，至10亿1094万令吉。但全年净利按年下滑3.55%，至1亿5077万令吉；营收却按年上涨24.6%，至40亿8919万令吉。

其实，该公司末季净利涵盖多项一次性损失，例如脱售中国公司蒙受1694万令吉亏损、面临526万令吉外匯损失以及300万令吉的產业减值损失。此外，其联號公司也蒙受698万令吉亏损。

分析员称，若排除这些一次性损失，该公司末季的核心净利为5300万令吉。

大客户计划来马设厂

展望未来，兴业投行分析员看好接下来的季度盈利將改善，主要是由新生產线较高的效率以及销量开始走高所带动。

大华继显分析员也认为，黑色星期五活动和假日季节將带动主要客户对盒子封装產品的销量，因此预计2019財政年首季盈利按季会较佳。

此外，该分析员认为，该公司昨日股价大幅走高，相信是因为首相敦马哈迪披露，一家国外公司同时也是威鋮集团的一名大客户，有兴趣加码在大马的投资。

「威鋮集团的新厂目前仍在装潢，第一条生產线预计將在今年11月投產。此外，该公司斥资7000万令吉建设的新仓库也將在今年10月开始运作。对于新產能，该公司目前仍未接获任何確定的订单。」

不过，大眾投行分析员则有信心，管理层能够为新產能爭取到新订单。另一方面，安联星展分析员则认为，该公司2019至2021財政年的赚幅將会承压，主要是该公司从主要客户手上获得的合约赚幅较低。

「目前有传言说，该公司主要客户计划在大马建厂，以生產电动汽车。我们相信，该客户若有任何最新发展，该公司將会受惠。然而，这一切最快也要等到2021財政年后才可看到效果，因此我们將投资评级下调至『守住』。」JF艾毕斯分析员也说，威鋮集团盈利预计將在2019財政年开始復甦，不过其股价目前已反映该利好因素。

他对该公司短期前景感到谨慎，主要是劳工成本升增、新厂房的额外成本以及中国业务面对严峻挑战。
