Contents :

(i) Consolidation of every five (5) ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in GHLSYS into one (1) ordinary share of RM0.50 each in GHLSYS ("Share Consolidation"); and

(i) GHLSYS' entire issued and paid-up share capital of RM62,871,815 comprising 125,743,629 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each after the Share Consolidation will be transferred from the MESDAQ Market to the Main Board of Bursa Securities under the "Technology" sector on a "Ready" basis pursuant to the Rules of Bursa Securities; and

(ii) trading in GHLSYS' Consolidated Shares will resume

with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 15 February 2007.

The Stock Short Name, Stock Number and ISIN Code remain unchanged.

GHLSYS 通常在第三和四季有很好的业绩，但今年第三季EPS只有0。37sen.期望第四季EPS有2sen.全年2.99sen.

share值多少？400 x 1.15 = RM 460
如那目前的市价 1.15。
