Reference is made to our announcement dated 15 May 2024 in relation to the Memorandum of Agreement between Straits CommNet Solutions Sdn Bhd ("SCS"), an indirect 70%-owned subsidiary of Straits and Digital One Solutions Limited ("D1"). The Board of Directors of Straits wish to inform that SCS and D1 had on 13 May 2025 signed a Shareholders' Agreement to govern the parties’ relationship as shareholders of a company named Straits D1 Cloud Sdn Bhd Please refer to the attachment for further details. This announcement is dated 13 May 2025
