MyEG向交易所报备，广东虚拟现实科技的主要业务是提供移动虚拟计算、为移动扩增实境/虚拟现实提供输入解决方案等。

没落的法老王 MYEG？

核心业务
-涵盖几乎一切于外劳有关的准证，保险等业务（政府外包）
-Road Tax，Driving license等等陆路交通的准证（JPJ外包）
-MyKad，Zakat，summon checking & paying

*我本身有用他来check summon，不过我有另外的lobang还，因为有discount哈哈哈，所以很抱歉没给myeg的股东赚到service charge。
不难看出，他的创办由始至终是为了政府的合约，这让他得以避开商业竞争，从一出生就注定是法老王，没有人可以挑战他的monopoly地位。

2018年5月11号，古埃及神圣的地位被新时代人类推翻了。人们受够了古代将军的官官相护，吃里扒外，苟且偷生，出卖国土而集体站起来，用自己的权利实行了60年来首次王朝推翻。MYEG，身为前朝霸主，能够在逆境中脱颖而出，找到立足之地吗？

让我们简单的看看MYEG的Financial Statement：

第一张图----- 首先MYEG的现金流没有什么大问题，几乎核心盈利都是现金（可以避免充水情况），不过有一点要注意，就是Receivable一直上升，让Cash inflow减少了很多。

第二张图----- MYEG的CAPEX远远大于Depreciation，证明管理层大肆在扩张，有可能为了将来可以接更大笔的合约。

*Gross Profit Margin & Net Profit Margin很强。
*债务在攀升（从0.23 debt-equity 2016 去到 0.27 in 2017）。
*大肆扩张是因为买了建了新的Headquarter。
*Cash on Hand大概有RM137.57 million // Cash per share = RM0.38。（以现在股价0.925买进，其中的0.38是买现金，剩下是买公司未来）。

-------------------------------我是分割线-----------------------------------

好了，我想说的是，past financial statement其实不能代表什么，财务报表只能告诉你过去的表现。而如今我们进入了有史以来第一次王朝更替，结果会如何呢？专家们各有各说。现在新政府雷霆打贪，从前首相，到亲信，再到各个部门主席，几时会查到MYEG创办人Mr Wong还真的是个未知数。“这情况就像屠夫伸手进去鸡寮，全部公鸡母鸡老鸡小鸡鸡飞狗跳，因为一旦脚被捉到就是在劫难逃”。

综合了诸位网友的分析，我总结了3点，还请各位乡亲父老在投资MYEG之前三思，

第一思------ 你是不是有把握MYEG完全没涉及前朝政府的贪腐？你要肯定MYEG高层对于帮忙行贿，洗钱，包庇，贪污等等的罪行都是清白的。不然政府一旦雷霆打贪，相信犯错的公司都难逃一劫。

第二思------ 新政府要如何信任前朝的重臣？就算Mr Wong倒戈向新政府，他也逃不了要做一个背叛前主的人，有一天他也可能会再反咬新政府一口。

第三思------ 新政府会不会继续容许MYEG以垄断的身份继续大赚，肥了自己的敌人好让敌人有足够的兵马扳回自己一城？（有些网友argue说这些业务一直以来都是MYEG一手包办的，所以就算换政府了他还是可以继续做下去。不过我个人观点觉得，国家61年来一直也是Barisan Nasional一手包办的，也不是可以换政府，没有理由政府可以换MYEG业务不能够换吧哈哈哈。不过这里我也认同网友的一些论点，就是这些foreign labor permit业务一定不会消失，但是会不会继续给MYEG垄断还真的是未知。）

最后，笔者的观点，分析这类公司可以从2个角度出发。

第一：把他当作普通企业。如果你是从这个角度出发，我只能告诉你，现在的股价是可能低估了，以盈利跟NPM GPM来看的话。

第二：把他当作官连企业。你不应该考虑这只股，就算这公司过去再辉煌，现在没人能担保他的未来了。30年河东，30年河西。投资于这只股票就像在赌博，你赌政府不会对他怎么样，你赌他在市场的重要性，你赌他业务的不可取代性，你赌政府会继续给他垄断，你赌政府会把Mr Wong归纳自己的旗下等等.......

对于所有的不确定性投资者都必须靠赌，那么我想说，马来西亚也许会有更好的公司吧。等到情况明朗点了，再评估这只股票吧。不过我也祝福手上持有这家公司的股友们，希望你们能够度过这次的挑战，加油。

MYEG大選後3次的跌停板是「危」還是「機」？～MYEG

（MYEG_0138_Trad/Serv）MYEG服務成立於2000年，是當時馬哈迪在位期間大力推行的多媒體超級走廊（MSC）旗艦項目之一，也可能是至今唯一存活下來的公司。2007年，MYEG先上市至創業板交易，兩年後，再轉至主板交易。我一開始不明白為何TS Wong會將其取名為MYEG，後來看到MYEG子公司名字才知道規律。原來MYEG代表的是My e-Government的縮寫，全名則再加上Services。MYEG核心業務是提供電子政府服務，也有提供一些其他增值服務（之後會介紹XD）。據說當年電子政府服務特許經營權是公開招標的，有三個贏家分別MYEG，Konsortium Multimedia Swasta和mySpeed.com（2007年被MYEG收購）。MYEG的直接競爭對手是DNEX，而非直接競爭對手是SCICOM。

截至今日，MYEG所提供的電子政府服務包括：

• 考取、發出及更新駕駛執照
• 更新汽車路稅
• 汽車轉名（暫時或永久）
• 更新外勞工作證
• 查詢破產及清盤狀況
• 申請更換大馬卡(MyKad)
• 宗教捐稅(Zakat)
• 支付吉隆坡市政局門牌稅及罰單
• 支付交通罰單

還記得大選前，MYEG可以說是人見人愛，被大家公認為神股，更被看好未來最有機會代表科技股（儘管它屬於貿服組）進入30大藍籌股名單內。MYEG的Managing Director 黃天順（TS Wong）也被譽為點金勝手，只要市場流傳他買進某某公司，那家公司的股價一定漲到亂！幾年前的EFORCE和去年的PERMAJU，MUIIND和UCREST。這主要是因為MYEG過去十年驚人的成長，才會令投資者對TS Wong抱有很大的期望和信心。

從上圖我們可以看到，MYEG從2004年至2017年的營業額及淨利持續地成長！很少公司能做得到這種驚人的成績。雖然2008年次貸危機重創全球經濟，但MYEG依然可以做到營業額和淨利雙雙進步。除此之外，MYEG還有一個很厲害的地方，那就是其Net Profit Margin從2004年的20%左右一路進步到2017年的50%左右！MYEG如此高的Net Profit Margin在馬股是十分罕見的。

相信很多人都知道ROE也是巴菲特很看重的指標。當然，MYEG在這個指標表現也是十分完美，ROE從2006年至2017年這段期間沒有低過20。

不過在此我不打算深入討論MYEG的財務狀況。我們想知道的是，對於如此神一般表現的公司，到底為什麼這次會遇到連續三次的跌停板呢？這是因為改朝換代後市場上突然謠傳MYEG是朋黨企業，依靠前朝政府所提供的壟斷性服務，才能賺到如此高的利潤。撇開其他因素不談，MYEG從2000年成立至今已經經歷三任首相，最近又回到馬哈迪。
馬哈迪（1981年 - 2003年）
巴達威（2003年 - 2009年）
納吉    （2009年 - 2018年）
如果MYEG真的是靠納吉才有如此巨大的成功，那麼你該如何解釋在納吉成為首相以前，MYEG驚人的成長呢？難道馬哈迪和巴達威也是特意讓MYEG輕輕鬆松地賺大錢？還是這全部都是TS Wong及其團隊的功勞？還是大家跟隨時代進步，習慣透過網絡處理各種事情呢？
當然，我們無可否認2015年由內政部所頒發的更新外勞工作證特許經營權幫助MYEG快速成長。不過，在我仔細閱讀年報才發現，原來MYEG在2010年就開始提供Foreign Maid Working Permit Renewal，並且在2013年開始提供Foreign Workers Working Permit Renewal。因此，他們提供的電子政府服務是有一步接一步的。
如果政府只是要MYEG做更新外勞工作證，那為什麼要允許他們壟斷市場呢？政府的動機是什麼呢？於是，我讀了2015年的年報才明白，MYEG其實還幫助數據處理編制、核實、維護、更新和分析合法外勞、非法外勞及雇主的數據庫。如此一來，政府就能知道哪些雇主聘請非法外勞。這應該也是為何政府在MYEG推出這服務2年後才讓他們壟斷市場（可能政府部門做不到這些）。

至於GST方面，新政府是勢在必行會廢除的，而這將影響MYEG近期內所開發的GST監管系統。所幸，MYEG只投入了RM 1.5億進去這個項目。TS Wong表示未來能將這些GST監管系統轉換成SST監管系統或向政府要求賠償。由於這個業務還未對MYEG帶來任何的營業額和利潤，所以其實不會對公司的未來有多大的影響，最壞的情況就是做一次Impairment罷了（如果公司放棄和新政府要求賠償）。

相信有很多人質疑為何MYEG的Net Profit Margin能那麼高，也會有人懷疑MYEG更新外勞准證的特許經營權如果結束後還能不能持續賺錢。其實透過上圖我們可以看到，MYEG有一些電子政府服務已經在市場10多年了（當然之後也有不斷增加服務範圍）。因此，我有充分的理由相信MYEG是依靠其網站的每日流量不斷增加，達到經濟規模（Economies of Scale）才會擁有那麼高的Net Profit Margin（看看DNEX，SCICOM或曾經擁有JobStreet的JCBNEXT的Net Profit Margin）。當然，其他的一些Value-Added Services如汽車或外勞保險也是他們的賺大錢的管道。要知道，人民幾乎已經習慣了透過MYEG還Road Tax或繳納Zakat等等服務（人手一機，下載App就可以輕鬆解決，不用去政府部門排隊）。至於更新外勞工作證的特許經營權會不會繼續，這就有待考察。以台灣為例，外籍人士申請工作證在去年開始開放透過線上申請，但服務還沒有MYEG的好。

大選結束後，MYEG遭遇連續3次的跌停板，被投資者批評到一文不值 ，應該讓TS Wong感到十分難過想哭。如果按照MYEG歷年股價走勢和公司成長速度來看，MYEG本有可能會在未來2年內問鼎30大藍籌股。可惜，人算不如天算，遇到如此大的挫折或許能讓TS Wong早一點看到公司的弱點，並且做出適當的改革。相信以他的聰明才智，MYEG之後將會重振雄風！這次的MYEG，你看到的是「危」還是「機」呢？

（八打靈再也18日訊）MYEG服務（MYEG）董事經理黃添順說，MYEG服務已耗費1億5000萬令吉投資在消費稅（GST）計劃，而且也添購了2萬台軟件保護器，因此，消費稅措施一旦全面廢除，該公司有理由向新政府追討賠償。

他表示，MYEG服務也能夠與新政府合作，而且他深信公司能與新政府締結良好的合作關係，而MYEG服務也是政府多媒體超級走廊旗艦計劃的參與機構之一，他也相信MYEG服務仍是唯一保存如此地位的企業。

也是上市公司MYEG大股東的黃添順說，該公司所有的交易都擁有合約基礎，而風險最高的則是消費稅的計劃。

他昨日在一項與28名投資者共進午餐的午宴上說，目前該公司還沒有機會與新政府任何官員會談，而且公司尚未從消費稅措施的設資中獲取回酬。

他說，公司與前朝政府在消費稅的合約將在2020年屆滿，所以更新合約的談判一般上會在明年展開。

他披露，MYEG服務在企業上擁有先行者優勢，有能力與其他公司展開競爭，而他不介意其他公司也能掌握像本身公司一樣的業務。

詢及MYEG有必要保持中立時，他說，公司需要更親近現今政府，畢竟MYEG是政府電子服務供應商。

他也說，下週公司將舉辦一場開齋門戶開放活動，並會請首相敦馬哈迪出席。

The Board of Directors of MYEG is pleased to announce that MY EG Finance Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as MY E.G. Credit Sdn. Bhd.) (“MYEG Fintech”), a sub subsidiary of the Company had on 8 June 2018 launched Volvo Car Leasing, a leasing service for Volvo Car Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.’s (“Volvo”) motor vehicles (“the Service”) subsequent to the Leasing Service Agreement (“the Agreement”) entered between MYEG Fintech and Volvo on 2 May 2018. The Agreement shall commence upon signing and shall continue unless and until terminated by either party by giving a ninety (90) days written notice. The Agreement has no fixed value and it is dependent on the number of customers who take up the Service. The Board of Directors is of the view that the Agreement is in the best interest of the Company and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the Company for the financial years ending 30 June 2018 onwards until the expiry of the Agreement. None of the directors and/or major shareholders and persons connected with a director or major shareholder has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Agreement.
