評論：鄭丁賢‧明福怎麼死的？

趙明福離奇墜樓，讓人們對反貪污委員會產生100萬個問號。
盤查歐陽捍華（並扣留其助理趙明福），搜查劉永山，調查郭素沁、黃潔冰、楊巧雙、謝永賢、李寶霖。
當然，反貪污委員會有這項權力；問題是，這項權力用得是否恰當？
那麼“湊巧”，被查的都是民聯的代議士，又是華裔議員；而且，恕我主觀說一句，他們都是選民印象中最不可能貪污的議員。

他們的民眾，大概都知道這幾人生活儉樸，做事踏實；譬如黃潔冰，幾乎甚麼資產都沒有，只有房債和卡債。
或許，反貪污局會說，調查是根據情報行事，不是針對政黨或個人背景。
然而，反貪局必須解釋，在這麼多的情報，乃至已經在光天化日下大大攤開，引起民眾置疑討論的事件，都沒有這麼大張旗鼓的調查行動。
舉個例子，“基宮”調查了沒？搜索了沒？盤問了沒？
還是大案子可以慢慢來，慢到大家都忘記為止？
辦任何案，都有輕重之分，也有先後順序；這麼對付幾名民聯議員，實在看不出道理。
當然，沒有人能夠證明，反貪污局有政治動機。不過，這種做法，已經造成民眾的猜疑，以及反對黨政治人物的不安。
這讓人想起1950年代美國的“麥卡錫主義”。一個權力機構的魯莽作為，帶來政治恐慌，以及社會的恐怖氛圍。
當年，美國出現一個共和黨極右派的政客麥卡錫，他利用冷戰反共的時機，公開聲稱美國政府已經遭到數百名共產黨間諜所滲透，美國已經陷入危險狀況。
這項宣佈，震驚政壇和社會。
在右派議員的支持下，他領導一個“非美委員會”（Un-American House Committe），以國家安全為名，瘋狂調查、指控、栽贓、逼害左派、自由派人士，包括政治人物、外交使節、學者、演藝人員等等。
從五星上將馬歇爾、科學家奧本海默、作家史萊辛格、演員卓別靈等等，都遭到對付或整肅，還有人因此被囚禁、自殺。
麥卡錫時期，是美國陷入黑白不分，正義不彰，民主蒙羞的黑暗時代。
直到美國社會再也不能忍受這種恐怖作為，而群起反抗，政府和國會終於聯手反擊麥卡錫，將他罷免，恢復美國的自由和尊嚴。
這段歷史，警惕國家機構不能以國家為名，濫用權力來破壞政治自由和侵犯人權。
反貪污委員會成立以來，爭議不斷，公信力蕩然無存，這一次，更要向全國解釋，趙明福怎麼死！

雪州行政议员欧阳捍华政治助理赵明福在雪州反贪会总部离奇坠楼身亡，震惊四方！
昨日被雪州反贪委员会传召问话的雪州行政议员欧阳捍华的政治秘书赵明福,在雪州反贪会总部坠离奇坠楼身亡，震惊四方！

坠楼身亡事件发生在位于沙亚南商业大厦的雪州反贪委员会总部。

据了解，有关大厦共有20层楼高，而反贪委员会则坐落在第14和15楼。

雪州总警长卡立巴卡指出，赵明福的遗体被发现时身穿蓝色衬衫、黑色外套和白裤。初步相信，死者是从高处跃下后，坠落在沙亚南商业大厦5楼的阳台。
截至傍晚6点为止，赵明福的遗体仍处在5楼。目前还未能证实他究竟是死于自杀、意外或谋杀.

玛诺哈兰：昨日看来神情愉快
赵明福的代表律师哥打阿南莎州议员玛诺哈兰曾在昨日6点会晤赵明福。
他指出赵明福当时看来神情愉快，并有决心面对盘问，并未显示出任何焦虑的情况。

我帮你解释大概
因为马来人占了我国的总人口大约接近67%
我国政府是由一个叫做国阵的联党组成
国阵里头的最大政党是巫统，依照惯例巫统主席就是国阵主席
所以国阵主席成为首相是必然的

最高元首是我国的最高统治者
而最高统治者是由马来西亚9个拥有sultan的州属轮流接任
每5年轮换
