On behalf of the Board of Directors of Ranhill ("Board"), AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) wishes to announce the execution of the following agreements by the subsidiaries of Ranhill on even date:-
(a) An agreement between SAJH (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ranhill Utilities Berhad (“RUB”) which is in turn, a 70% subsidiary of Ranhill) and RUB with PAAB, the State Government of Johor (the “State Government”); the Government of Malaysia (the “Federal Government”) and Syarikat Air Johor Sdn Bhd (“SAJSB”, a wholly-owned company of the State Government) for the proposed disposal by SAJH of its water assets and the corresponding liabilities to PAAB (the “Master Agreement”); and
(b) The agreement between SAJH and PAAB whereby PAAB has agreed to grant to SAJH the right of use over all the water assets and new water assets owned by PAAB in the State of Johor (“Facility Agreement”).

聯熹（RANHILL，5030，主板建築）買盤熾熱，股價節節攀高。
僑豐投資研究技術分析報告指出，昨日龐大交投量推動聯熹走勢逼近200天移動平均線。
一旦突破這關鍵水平，即相等于啟動“買進”訊號，並加強該股的的長期技術前景。
目前，聯熹股價落在81仙水平，該行看好上漲目標為1令吉，止損點為100天移動平均線或75仙以下的水平。
聯熹今日股價走勢也不俗，以微揚1.5仙至83仙迎市，走勢于正區窄幅波動，但交投甚熱。
休市時，該股維持在83仙，半日交投已達452萬1200股。
閉市時，聯熹報82仙，揚0.5仙，成交量660萬3900股。 |

这股看得出大户正在大量收集票数，
根据它以前的走势，如果大户要拉高价钱的话，
涨20SEN应该没有问题~~
