Team Support/ Admin Assistant -PJ
Salary up to RM3000
Job Details:
-Provide general admin support to management/department
-Manage office supplies
-Makes appointment, travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, check and process claim
-Answer calls and manage the front desk
-Input sales order in the system and process customer invoicing
-Follow up customer payment
-Process payment for department
Requirement:
-Min diploma in business administration or equivalent in accounting/ finance
- Min 2 years of work experience
- Knowledge of MS Application (Word, excel, Powerpoint, Access)
-Good attention to details and numbers
-Preferably with experience of administrative and technical procedures.
-Customer oriented
