•        Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
•        Able to work under minimum supervision and meet tight deadline

Quality & Regulatory Affairs Assistant –Subang jaya, Selangor

Salary: MYR2500- MYR3200


Responsibilities:
-        Liaise with overseas manufacturers to prepare product registration submissions and enquiries.
-        Ensure timely registrations and enquiry of product registrations from local authority.
-        Timely response towards corrective actions to local authority and internal team.
-        Maintain database of all product submissions and approvals.
-        Maintain and update local Quality System in local sever.
-        Familiarity with the CSDT and local product registration requirements is a plus.
-        Preparation of GDPMD and ISO 9001 certification internal and external audit documentations.
-        Ensure compliance with internal SOPs.


Qualifications and Requirements:
-        Minimum Degree in any field, preferably in Biomedical engineering.
-        Working experience: 1-2 years working experience.
-        Fluent in English language.
-        Proficient in MS Office and Internet applications.
-        Able to multi-task, good organization skills and meticulous.
-        Some travelling may be required.
