想知道gamuda-cd和cc有送红股吗？
因为我在announcement看到。。。

      ISSUE OF UP TO 100,000,000 NEW NON-COLLATERALISED CASH-SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF RM1.00 EACH IN GAMUDA BERHAD ("GAMUDA" ("GAMUDA SHARES" ("GAMUDA-CD" PURSUANT TO THE BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 1,027,544,054 NEW GAMUDA SHARES TO BE CREDITED AS FULLY PAID-UP, ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY EXISTING GAMUDA SHARE HELD ("BONUS ISSUE".

      Kindly be advised of the following :

      1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted [ "Ex - Bonus Issue" ]
      as from : [ 23 October 2007 ]

      2) The last date of lodgement : [ 25 October 2007 ]

      3) Retention Money : Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned :-

      a) Selling Broker to deduct [ 1/2 ] , of the Selling Price against the Selling Client.

      b) Buying Broker to deduct [ 50% ] of the Purchase Price against the Buying Client.

      c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of [ 1/2 ] of the Transacted Price is applicable.

      Remarks :- Pursuant to Gamuda's announcement dated 8 October 2007, the date of listing and quotation for up to 100,000,000 Gamuda-CD will be on 26 October 2007, being the market day after the book closing date.

      The exercise price for the Gamuda-CD will be adjusted from RM8.55 to RM4.275.

      Remarks,


"Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place on 26 October 2007 with bonus issue of GAMUDA-CD shares of RM1.00 each, any shareholder who is entitled to receive GAMUDA-CD bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his GAMUDA-CD shares arising from the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date ( 23 October 2007 ).

尤其是这段。。。
For example, if Mr X purchases 100 GAMUDA-CD shares on cum basis on 22 October 2007, Mr X should receive 100 shares on 25 October 2007. As a result of the bonus issue, 200 GAMUDA-CD shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 25 October 2007 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the bonus issue shares of 200 on or after the Ex-Date ie from 23 October 2007 onwards."



想问各位大大，
如果我在OSK买5000share gamuda-cd @ 0.135，
那么25 Oct时有红股分吗？
是5000 > 10000shares吗？
那么我26 Oct卖，如果当时gamuda-cd股价是0.25,
那是不是0.25 * 10000 = 2500???
有点confuse!!????

不过现在手上抓的0.18都没有输赢，分分钟被绑。。。
必要时还要卖其他票来抓GAMUDA-CD
