Keck Seng最近宣布了股息6%T.E

最近阅读到AM investment关于在johor拥有地的种植公司，介绍了kulim,genting plantation, 等等。Kulim在johor有很多种植地库，可能是iskandar区最大受益者。如果政府买下来发展的话。

不过话说回来，政府年年赤字，哪里来那么多钱买地呢？？

- Litigation involving a subsidiary company, KSD Enterprises Ltd. and Unit Park Airport Inc

Contents : On April 26, 2010, KSD Enterprises Ltd. ("KSD"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of KSF Enterprise Sdn Bhd in which Keck Seng (Malaysia) Berhad ("KSM") owns 50.01% shares, was served with a Statement of Claim issued by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on behalf of Unit Park Airport Inc. ("UPA"). In the claim, UPA seeks damages of C$10,000,000 plus interest and costs in respect of 'stopover' parking revenues it claims that KSD owes it pursuant to the lease under which UPA operates a parking lot adjacent to a hotel owned and managed by KSD.

KSD denies that it has breached the terms of its lease with UPA. It has retained counsel and will defend UPA's claim.
