Dear sir ,
I was buy a new 2014 Subaru xv model at motor image Penang branch , after I get drive the car , is different from the m test drive unit , at begin I feel car is pumping , n uncomfortable, so I try ask my friend who also buy this car . Test drive , then I fell different then my xv , so I try to find out the problem , then is tire unround make the car pumping when I drive in town area 60km/h -80km/h . Then when I drive highway from Penang to Kuala Lumpur , 120km/h also feel pumping , I go complain few times at service center , Penang ,
Start , they just push the Problem and say nothing different , after I make argue then they ask continental tires technical person to check my tires , and found that tire is unround n also uncomfortable , this service centre exchange new tires to me ,
Coming after a months , I still feel pumping n complain when I make 10000km service at Penang service centre , I make same complain which car is very pumping , then also push my problem, reply me with : very normal , no different!
So now I try tell this problem to motor image head quarter , can ur help me to check this original new car absorber problem , is this wrong absembly ? Or absorber wrong fitting ? Make this car feel pumping n uncomfortable, I can drive my car to Kuala Lumpur to check this problem .

，当初跟你买就好，想到以后有问题没有人FOLLOW UP，所以才跟本地人买。现在有问题还不是一样，什么都要亲力亲为，跑SC都够了，买的时候说到很好，还说帮我驾去SERVIC ，现在有问题就不问不闻。彩我都傻，更别说驾去SERVIC但是他也是有我佩服的地方，你相信吗，从试车，银行，JPJ ，到拿车才用了2天半的时间。可以说有得必有失。.gif)
既然买了也没办法了～有下来kl 再拿去pj hq 看看吧～
