The Board of Directors of Destini is pleased to announce that, M Rail Technics Sdn Bhd (“MRail”), a 70% indirect subsidiary of Destini, had on 8 September 2022 accepted a contract award worth approximately RM163.61 million from the Ministry of Transport Malaysia, for the provision of Level 4 maintenance, repair and overhaul (“MRO”) services of 10 Electric Train Set Class 93 operated by Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (“KTMB”) (“Contract”).
