（吉隆坡10日讯）朝圣基金局（Tabung Haji）控制73.84%股权的TH种植（THPLANT,5112,主板种植组）宣布，首席财务员莫哈末阿兹曼沙即时停职，直至另行通知为止。

TH种植发表文告说，在完成法务审计调查后，已向莫哈末阿兹曼沙发出要求解释信，并须在14天内呈交书面回复。

8月初，该公司担任审计委员和提名委员的独立非执行董事拿督斯里诺玛拉也宣布“自愿离职”。

目前，TH种植正积极重整旗鼓。截至2018年12月31日财政年，该公司营业额减少25%至5亿1932万令吉，全年更因巨额减记和注销而由盈转亏，录得6亿5838万令吉净亏损，前期为3123万令吉净利。

去年8月，该公司首席执行员拿督斯里再纳阿兹瓦离职，12月朝圣基金局和FGV控股（FGV,5222,主板种植组）联营的Trurich资源公司更到警局报案，指责朝圣基金局和TH种植高层高价收购资产。

当时，Trurich资源公司表示，在2008至2009年期间以5800万美元（约2亿4278万令吉）收购印尼油棕园的出价太高。

2008年时，朝圣基金局仍拥有该公司100%股权。

The Company wishes to inform that Encik Mohamed Azman Shah bin Ishak, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company ("the CFO") has been served with a show-cause letter today i.e. 9 August 2019 in relation to the findings arising from the recent forensic audit conducted by THP. The CFO is required to provide a written reply to the show-cause letter within fourteen (14) days from the date thereof. Together with the show-cause letter, the CFO is suspended from office until further notice. In the interim, the following persons shall take over the responsibility and functions of the CFO: 1. Marliyana binti Omar, Assistant General Manager, Finance; and 2. Hamidah binti Hassan, Senior Manager, Finance. A further announcement shall be made in the event of any material development on this matter. This announcement is dated 9 August 2019.
