是的！有的是拿钱买他的环境的...我是比较喜欢两成保安的...再加上买一间家大多数的人都住长久的当然要买自己喜欢的

very funny. i almost put cheque for pearl in jun 2013.. before i confirm SEC. price 648k RM, that time, all BOOK Finish only left a few house. launch next week, any more house? i thought all book finish?

no i think SEC environment better. pearl i almost put cheque. but next to pearl have a big longkang. and next longkang is setia business park. and behind pearl place is the gas pipe reserve land.. it at the hujung hujung of the seri austin. scare next time gov't to build some thing i no like very ugly. but pearl house is BIG to SEC and last time i almost put cheque is 648K RM only. landscaping not as Setia eco standard. if someone can confirm house any more? and now how much money..

is right at go into sri austin, the go up hill you know? have emery on your right side, go inside until no can go anymore.. they have a small futsal (hard court football) court they make new... you stand at there, you can see on the right up is pearl house land.

is confirm the same house, in june price 648k for 24x80 house, they ask me quick put cheq only have 2 unit left. maybe the girl bluff me. ha.

yep price ok house bigger than SEC, and maybe inside the house quality of material slight more better.
but finally i buy SEC, is more money / house land smaller , but have landscape and location better (near to setia indah commercial, all the chinese shop) and some more setia have better brand.
