你想想，今天的AusMarket Off，要是明早的SSN-Aus開市 - 接今天的好消息，那麼股價將會是跳高走。

呵呵 那明晚的SSN-US ... 我希望會再起多些，慢慢的走向 2.80 至 3元。

昨晚FTK賣出。買進KOG《KOG已經調整了有陣子時間。SSN 在2.18加碼。
PZG 前2天大跌還未買進，昨晚開始飛了，今晚要是會突破3.30，會買進。

Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. (PZG) - Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. (PZG) is my Top Gold Stock for 2011. PZG held $3.00 over the past two days which is very bullish. I bought PZG today between $3.06-$3.09 and again on the break above $3.17. I plan to buy more if PZG can break up above $3.30.

Samson Oil & Gas Limited (SSN) - SSN rallied back above $2.00 on Wednesday. SSN will now have resistance located at $2.35 & $2.45. Pullbacks below $1.60 are a buy.

Hyperdynamics Corporation (HDY) - Shares of Hyperdynamics Corporation continued the recent downtrend and briefly broke down through $4.00 again on Wednesday. Hyperdynamics can go either way at this point and will continue to be volatile. Hyperdynamics Corporation hit my 2011 price target of $4-$6 in early January and actually hit $7.78. I will start buying Hyperdynamics when the stock breaks up through it's high of the day, for a trade.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) -American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) traded flat on Wednesday. AIG will now have resistance at $42.45. AIG is a buy below $45, strong buy below $40.

Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. (KOG) - Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. is one of my best oil stock ideas for 2011. Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. (KOG) currently has resistance located at $6.00. KOG continues to be a buy below $6.00. As of now, it looks like I missed out on a buying opportunity below $5.50.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS) - Shares of Las Vegas Sands Corp. broke back above $46 on Wednesday. Las Vegas Sands Corp will now have resistance located at $46.44. Las Vegas Sands has support at $43. LVS is also buy below $43.

昨晚的股价已经告诉你了。。。。我没想到他需要jv（我还要学习看他们的公司成员，不错给了我一个很好的一课），因为上一次卖地已经有了72m cash，以为可以独立开发。然而，他依然面对技术上的一些问题，记得ssn是由一批很不错的geologist组成的。现在它可以省下钱请一名oil production expert和购买infrastructure而可以持续的开发油田。赞啊！！！！
3d图还没出：应该是超级美图，出了不知会去到什么价格。。。
还有4th quarter的financial report，街边消息：4倍的oil production compare to 3rd quarter，哇，冲冲冲！！！！

Paramount Gold and Silver Corp (PZG) seems to have found a bottom today and made a positive move. I see support at 3.14 and medium term resistance around the 10 day sma at 3.40.

这只股是随着黄金期货价格而波动的。然而黄金这个东西，其实没有分析家敢断定这已经是顶或者还有增值的空间。

Samson's Deal With Halliburton: Crucial for Moving Ahead in the Niobrara


Samson Oil & Gas (SSN) and Halliburton (HAL) form a JV in Goshen County, Wyo., (Niobrara).

• Sometimes rumors are true. We'll check this one off the Catalyst Watch.
• HAL will pay for one or two horizontal, 4,500' lateral wells on SSN's retained 16,530 net acre position (their Hawk Springs Project) in Goshen County, Wyoming, in search of the Niobrara.  The drilling of the second well is at HAL's option following results from the first well.  
• Costs of the wells will be on HAL and SSN will receive partial reimbursement of SNN's just completed Goshen 3D shoot (which costs as I recall about $2.5 mm).
• While SSN will remain the operator, HAL will provide project management and provide oil field services.  
  
• HAL will receive a 25% working interest in the area for drilling the wells (or half that should they stop after one), reducing SSN's Goshen position to 14,883 net acres (HAL will have 2,819 net acres upon completion of the second well).
• As SSN states, the value of the deal has been structured to maintain a price per acre of $3,275 per acre (which was the price Chesapeake (CHK) paid them for the acreage SSN sold to Aubrey late last year), making this a NAV neutral deal from a quantitative standpoint. I'm still at just over $2 for a near term NAV until we see results.   
• SSN also retains a 3% ORRI (much like the 3.8% they hold on the land sold to CHK) which makes for nice, mailbox money for tiny SSN.  OK, that adds to the NAV but we'll leave it out for now.

Nutshell: This is not an unimportant event for SSN on a number of levels.
     

• First, they sold HAL on the viability of the play concept on their acreage. It has been said that, arguably, the acreage they kept is superior to the acreage they sold to CHK. Pricing at the same price per acre as the CHK deal (and to a well known industry participant) helps validate that level with the market as that dollar per acre figure was well high to deals we have seen done to date in the Niobrara.
• Second, HAL waited to form the JV until they had the new 3D seismic in hand. Guess would be that the 3D turned up areas of greater natural fracturing.
• Third, HAL helping in all aspects of drilling the well, given its vast experience in unconventional reservoirs, is better, in my book, than SSN and say, Slawson, which is a great operator, going it on their own.  
• Fourth, while getting HAL's help, SSN is keeping it's cash pile closer to intact, allowing them to look at additional acreage adds that may have shown greater potential on the new 3D, which covered more than just their current acreage. It also frees up capital for any additional Bakken acreage acquisitions they might be contemplating.
  

I continue to hold a core position in SSN in the ZLT.
