（吉隆坡12日讯）Destini Bhd建议私下配售，以筹集约4967万令吉，用于偿还银行贷款和充作营运资本。

这家工程集团今日向大马交易所报备，计划发行高达2亿3105万股，占已发行股票的至多20%。

根据每股21.5仙的参阅价，该活动预计筹措4967万令吉，其中2100万令吉将偿还银行贷款。

同时，2200万令吉将为现有项目提供资金、500万令吉供新项目，而139万令吉用作一般用途。余下资金将支付私下配售费用。

Destini指出，截至6月30日，公司现金已降至646万令吉，相比截至2016年12月31日的5236万令吉。

“集团一直动用内部资金和银行贷款，来为资本开销和现有项目的其他相关成本提供资金。拟议私下配售活动所筹的资金，将为集团提供额外资金，继续为这些项目出资。”

一旦私下配售完成，该集团的股本将从11亿6000万股增至13亿9000万股，资本也将由3亿8281万令吉，增至4亿3248万令吉。

总贷款预计将从1亿3610万令吉，降至1亿1510万令吉，这意味着负债率将由2018年12月杪的0.27倍，减至0.21倍。

如无意外，这项计划预计在第四季完成。
