（吉隆坡29日讯）依华建台（Eversendai Corp Bhd）第三季净利按年下跌36.92%至1314万令吉，或每股1.68仙，相较于上财年同期的2083万令吉，或每股2.69仙。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，净利走低主要由于脱售持股60%的子公司Perisai Kuasa私人有限公司。

截至9月杪第三季营业额从4亿4932万令吉，跌3.81%至4亿2321万令吉。

综合2018财政年首9个月，净利降10.93%至5050万令吉，同期报5670万令吉，主要因为确认的收入减少及财务成本走高。

首9个月的营业额由13亿1000万令吉，跌7.47%至12亿1000万令吉，因印度DLF IT Park项目的贡献从一年前的1亿7400万令吉，降至1亿5010万令吉。

依华建台表示，在这期间取得约11亿令吉的新合约。截至9月30日，订单约为24亿令吉。

约56.3%的合约来自中东地区、大马20.7%、印度16.7%，余下的6.3%来自石油与天然气业务。

该集团表示：“凭着当前持有的订单，可确保未来收入来源稳定。”

INTRODUCTION The Board of Directors of Eversendai Corporation Berhad (“ECB” or “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has, through its subsidiaries Eversendai Engineering Pte Ltd Singapore, Eversendai Construction Private Limited India and Eversendai Engineering Qatar W.L.L. been awarded projects in Singapore, India and Qatar respectively (the “Projects”) worth approximately RM406 million. 2. INFORMATION ON THE PROJECTS     (i)   The Project in Singapore was awarded by Sato Kogyo (S) Pte Ltd and comprises erection of a new hi-tech data processing and computing facility.     (ii)  The Project in India was awarded by Larsen & Toubro Limited, Chennai and comprises connection design, supply, fabrication, painting and erection of structural steel diagrid and             floor beams for APCRDA Office Building (HOD Towers 3 & 4) at Amarawati, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.     (iii)  The Project in Qatar was awarded by AG Middle East, Qatar and comprises engineering, connection design, fabrication, painting supply and installation of structural steel works             for Lusail Expressway Al Wahda Arch. 3. FINANCIAL EFFECTS The Projects are expected to contribute positively to the earnings of ECB Group for FY2019 and FY2020. 4. RISK FACTORS Risk factors affecting the Projects include but are not limited to execution risks such as availability of skilled manpower and materials, changes in prices of materials, and changes in political, economic and regulatory conditions. The Company has throughout the years established its track records and expertise to undertake such projects. As such, the management believes that the Company is able to mitigate the abovementioned risk factors. 5. (iii) The Project in Abu Dhabi was awarded by Arabtec Construction and comprises connection design, fabrication, supply, erection, painting and fireproofing of structural steel works. 3. FINANCIAL EFFECTS The Projects are expected to contribute positively to the earnings of ECB Group for FY2019 and FY2020. 4.
