snv 还好啦。还没卖股前是4块钱。。跌跌跌到earning release 亏钱，再跌。。= 超卖。目前慢慢起回。

我不期待4块，3块就很好了。

AmTrust, Five Other U.S. Lenders Shut as 2009 Toll Reaches 130



Dec. 5 (Bloomberg) -- AmTrust Bank, a Cleveland-based lender with $12 billion in assets, joined five other U.S. banks in being seized by regulators as companies buckle under the weight of commercial real estate losses.

Closely held AmTrust collapsed alongside three banks in Georgia and one each in Virginia and Illinois, according to statements issued yesterday by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., which was named receiver. The failures will cost the FDIC’s deposit fund $2.38 billion, the agency said.

With the closings, 130 U.S. lenders have collapsed this year. Banks are failing at the fastest pace in 17 years even as the U.S. economy shows signs of pulling out of the recession. The unemployment rate fell to 10 percent from 10.2 percent in October, according to figures from the Labor Department. The number of failed banks reached 179 in 1992.

“The unemployment rate is quite high, so unless there is a turnaround in sales you will see commercial real estate continue to suffer,” Barth said.

Stocks to Watch on 12/7/09 December 7, 2009 - Stock Market Ideas

Bank of America Corp (BAC)- Bank of America Corporation paid back tarp and raised money through astock offering at $15 per share. The stock surged at the open, pulledback to $15.70-$15.75 support, and then tested the 50 day movingaverage currently located at $16.27. BAC hasn't closed above the 50 daymoving average for 35 trading sessions so once this changes, you willsee some technical buying come back into the stock. You will also seethe bearish shorts start to cover on any pullbacks. Resistance = $16.27& $16.74.

Synovus Financial Corp. (SNV)- SNV was upgraded to market perform at FBR Capital on Friday. With the50 day moving average located all the way up at $2.66, this stock has alot room to run if enough buyers come in. Keep an eye on SNV next week!

Origin Agritech Limited (SEED)- SEED tested the 10 day moving average over the past two days and sofar it has held and produced a nice rally on Friday. The uptrend isstill intact. $11.00 is now the new support level for the stock.....Iwould be avoiding the stock on a close below $11. Resistance is locatedat $12.67 & $13.30.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS)- LVS is back under the 50 day moving average which the stock neverclosed over on Thursday. A lot of stocks are struggling with their 50day moving average it seems. As soon as LVS closes above $16.48, I'd bea buyer.

Airline Stocks:  Keep an eye on the following airline stocks for trading opportunities.  They may even be a good short soon!

Somaxon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SOMX) - SOMX is seeking FDA Approval for their insomnia drug early next week.  Expect the decision to move the stock in a big way.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS)- FAS ran up to $76.33 on Friday but then tanked to $72. I am lookingfor get back into FAS on a dip below $70 but would get aggressive nearthe $65 level.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG)- AIG closed back above $30 on Friday. At this point, I only like thestock right now if it breaks above $33. I would then go long the stock.Support on the downside is located at $29.32 as well as $28.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD)- AMD has been on fire over the past week and hit a fresh 52 week highon Friday. $8.25 is now resistance on the upside, a break above thatlevel would be bullish. Support is between $7.50 - $7.65, a close below$7.50 would get me to think about taking a short position for a trade.

DryShips, Inc. (DRYS)- DRYS is still struggling after a big upgrade on Thursday. Resistancecontinues to be located around $6.50. A close over this level would bebullish and I'd expect a retest of $7.00 to follow.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - RIMM still in the downtrend, I plan to buy more when the stock breaks above $61.49.  Earnings are due out December 17th.

Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan, Inc. (POT)- POT pulled back Friday after a strong US Dollar hit commodity relatedstocks. The good is that POT held $115 which is a significant supportlevel. If POT would close below $115, I'd put in a buy order for $108.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $0.98 - Resistance = $1.11

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $0.88 - Resistance $0.99
