UEM Land Holdings Berhad (ULHB) was incorporated on 20 August 2008 and listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia on 18 November 2008.
ULHB is the flagship company for the real estate investment and development businesses of UEM Group. UEM Group is wholly-owned by Khazanah Nasional Berhad, which in turn is the investment holding company of the Government.
ULHB’s wholly-owned subsidiary UEM Land, is currently undertaking the development of Nusajaya into a regional city with diverse catalysts developments to create and promote economic growth and development in the area and to meet various economic activities and market demands.

迷惑的是,JB大桥是决定不是了不是吗??
还是还没定案~???
要不就UEM WEB还没升级,如果没建了,就好心不要在WEB里放这
目前正在发展的新桥成为一个区域的城市.......
会有误导性的大老~ |

LAND HOLDINGS BERHAD VIA UEM LAND BERHAD) AND NUSAJAYA CONSOLIDATED SDN BHD FOR
THE OPTION TO PURCHASE TWO (2) PIECES OF LAND IN PUTERI HARBOUR, NUSAJAYA,
JOHOR WITH A TOTAL AREA MEASURING APPROXIMATELY 8.819 ACRES AT THE EXERCISE
PRICE OF RM67,154,274 (OTPA).

（吉隆坡）UEM置地（UEMLAND,5148,主板產業組）與獨資子公司魯莎再也發展城鎮公司等三造，同意修改2008年10月14日簽署的一項收購選擇權合約條款。
文告指出，UEM置地、魯莎再也發展城鎮公司、魯莎再也綜合有限公司等三造，原簽署一項以6715萬4274令吉收購布特里港口兩塊土地的收購選擇權合約。
三造同意將之前的A2佔地2.121英畝土地換為A3佔地2.204英畝，選擇權價格增加至6784萬1216令吉，截止日期改為今年12月31日。 |

Sunrise 也suspended 了。

huh!Sunrise 要被收购？？真是的， 我昨天卖掉SUNRISE了。之前有个大大在Sunrise 的贴说90天内会起到3快，可是起到我的target2.54昨天我就卖掉了。。 |
