（吉隆坡19日讯）为了在线上空间扩展业务，MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）以125万令吉投资知名餐饮网站“EatDrinkKL”的67%股权。

该公司今日向交易所报备，独资子公司My E.G.资本私人有限公司与熊万源（译音）及Essential Review私人有限公司（ERSB）签署股东协议，先认购ERSB 5万股，再向熊万源购买额外7万5000股。

ERSB为一家特殊用途公司（SPV），拥有“EatDrinkKL”品牌的知识产权，主要业务是为食评和相关新闻提供电子平台，同时为一些品牌打广告及进行营销。

MyEG称，投资ERSB，让该公司可在线上空间扩展业务，与现有商业服务互补。

熊万源原为ERSB单一股东兼董事，但完成收购后，将成为MyEG子公司。【e南洋】

该公司向交易所报备，去年同期净利为3310万8000令吉，或每股0.9仙。

外劳年度更新工作证（FWPR）、外劳重雇服务、外劳保险服务，以及汽车相关业务的营业额增加，激励营业额从7012万6000令吉，年增41.49%，报9922万4000令吉。

首9个月，MyEG净利年增54.52%，至1亿4203万5000令吉或每股3.9仙；营业额则上升37.1%，达2亿6648万4000令吉。 【e南洋】

该公司向马交所报备，同期营业额则扬20.3%，报1亿511万3000令吉。

累计全年，净利涨41%至2亿151万1000令吉；营业额走高31.9%，报3亿7159万8000令吉。

根据文告，营业额和净利攀扬，主要归功于线上更新外劳准证和保险、外劳重聘计划服务的交易量走高。此外，汽车贸易相关服务的业务也表现出色。

派息1.2仙

另一方面，公司建议派息每股1.2仙，并会在来临的股东大会寻求通过，而享有权日和支付日将容后决定。

消费税监控系统展延．MYEG财测下调

（吉隆坡27日讯）MYEG服务（MYEG,0138,主板贸服组）的消费税监测系统在过去数月面对组装问题，目前虽已获解决，但第一期的全国推介时程将从原定的6月延宕至年杪。

联昌研究认为，消费税监控系统展延对集团盈利的冲击恐怕难以透过全新的外劳配对服务填补，因此下调2018至2019财政年每股盈利8.4至19.1%。

“不过，我们上调MYEG服务2020财政年每股盈利目标6.3%，以反映外劳配对服务带来更高盈利效益。”

大华继显造访MYEG服务位于马六甲的外劳宿舍，相信新宿舍将为我国外劳住宿需求设下新标准，并点名外劳住宿服务有望在2年内崛起成为最大营收来源。

人力资源部在今年5月宣布，将从2018年强制雇主为外劳提供最基本的住宿，大华继显看好MYEG服务将善用其大获成功的外劳相关平台来提供一系列的外劳相关服务，如外劳住宿服务。

“目前，我国缺乏相关服务的供应商，而MYEG服务将是攫取新商机的先行者。”

MYEG服务现已在马六甲建设2座外劳宿舍，而集团放眼建设500座外劳宿舍来满足100万外劳住宿需求，大华继显相信外劳住宿业务潜能庞大，年营收可能达到20亿令吉。

“我们假设住宿服务将为MYEG服务2018和2019财政年带来3240万令吉和8640万令吉税前盈利，相等于24.5%和46.2%比重，一举崛起成为集团2019财政年最大营收环节。”

此外，MYEG服务将通过非法外劳再聘用计划，提供雇主与非法外劳配对的服务，这将使雇主可通过现有的非法外劳基础来取得新外劳，而每成功配对将获得1000令吉费用。联昌研究说，假设MYEG服务每月平均配对率为5000人，每年人数将达到6万人，有望为其带来6000万令吉年均营业额。

“假设配对服务净利赚益为50%，这将每年达到3000万令吉净利。”

整体来看，两大证券行对MYEG服务未来前景依旧正面，纷纷维持投资评级不变。

MYEG服务今日先起后跌，全日下跌1仙，至2令吉零2仙。

MyEG获遣返外劳合约

（吉隆坡16日讯）MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）宣布，从内政部手中接过委任书，为移民局执行非法外劳自愿遣返计划。

今日，MyEG向马交所报备，该项目从上周二起生效，今年12月杪到期。

该项目实际价值，将取决于成功遣返的非法外劳人数而定。

MyEG预计，该项目可为公司截至6月杪的2018财年贡献盈利。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡21日讯）MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）宣布，执行主席拿督诺拉沙莫哈末收购该公司的29.67%股权，崛起成为大股东。

MyEG向交易所报备，诺拉沙莫哈末通过Asia Internet控股有限公司，向执行董事拿督拉惹穆尼尔沙收购该批股权。

在这之前，诺拉沙莫哈末直接持有MyEG的0.734%股权；完成收购后，持股权将提高至30.41%。

至于拉惹穆尼尔沙，脱售29.67%股权后，他将不再是MyEG的大股东，不过依然是执行董事。
