IT 的变动太快，又来不及跟上，除非公司肯培训，不然就自修。小弟做了两年web programming，因为想多方面尝试，去了大公司做support，发现还是比较爱programming，support好像没什么发展，现在找机会做回programmer

framework不是说它能红多久。。。

主要是让大家更容易开发和管理你的source.
最重要的是让大家的 source 看起来比较standard。
不会出现些奇怪的东西也不会找不到一些class。

其实用人家的可以剩去你更多的时间来upgrade自己

framework 如果使用Vb.net就容易，Java很头疼的。

就算是你framework写到多厉害，都比不上廉价印度/中国 I。T. programmer的厉害，因为他们比你便宜。

但是不是每个老板都像您这样想

大部分的，要求学历高，多年经验，自动自发，任劳任怨
但是薪水却。。。。。

我的老板有一家做online game的公司，
就很倒霉，
offer的人工高，福利好，上班时间自由，
但是，很奇怪，一直请不到好的工人
大部分请来的，不是不行，交不到老板要的，
就是骗几个月薪水，就跑了。

薪水从RM2300 (junior) - RM15000 (senior)
奇怪

我個人認為現在讀IT的, 是因為起步的薪水比起一般工作的薪水來得高
真正喜歡寫program的沒幾個, 有經驗的更不用說, 很多公司喜歡壓programmer的薪水
有經驗的programmer當然會外流
