新机fully charge后，30分钟后就没电
那天跟你买了一台新机：oodo 5022. 我fully charge battery 后（机的charging灯从红变蓝），就去试跑路线。那里知道跑了差不多30分钟，就完全没电了。还好刚到目的地才没电，但回程因为没电，所以用不到gps,自己去问路人如何回 ：（
能解释下为何会这样的吗？？？
有何解决方法？

你没用车充（car charger)吗?
5022 通常在50% volume和backlight的情况下能够耐一个小时多。
请检查你的volume和backlight是不是开到最大和最亮呢？谢谢 |

我没带car charger, 因为我在家就冲满电后就出发。我想它跟手机一样冲满电后能耐1-2天或者像Laptop能耐至少几个小时。
在volume开到最大和80% backlight 情况下，没想到30minutes就完全没电了。
对此，我很失望。
现在我把volume 和backlight 都调到20% , 再看可以耐多久。 |

为什么每个卖家给car charger？就是因为Laptop，电话和gps不同。
世界上没有一粒gps能耐1-2天或者像Laptop能耐至少几个小时。

但30分钟也未免太快了吧！至于你说50%的volume 和 backlight, 能耐一小时，这我会再试然后再给予评价。谢谢！

我们很乐意你去查询这世界上有没有gps 在冲满电后能否耐1-2天。据我们所知，garmxn机大概可以耐4个小时（但是garmxn只能用garmxn一个软件而已，不像我们免费给5个），它的价钱是oodo的几倍。就好像洗衣机，可以洗10kg衣服的洗衣机和可以洗8kg的洗衣机是不一样的价钱的。
如果你向我们买的gps，50%的volume 和 backlight, 不能耐一小时，欢迎您寄回来给我们检查，如果真的有问题，我们一定会免费换新的电池给你，谢谢。
