最近剛剛reset機的人。。。有這個問題嗎？

就是facebook contact沒辦法sync進手機。。。
我中了。。。
目前幾乎HTC都有這個問題。。。
Having problems with the Facebook for HTC Sense as well. It won't import my contacts and so that means all of the profiles that I linked to Facebook no longer have their email address or profile picture. The friendstream is still working for me, but anytime I try and refresh my friends inside People -> Online Directories -> Facebook and try and refresh it says connection error..
Finally...Ive been thru hell trying to figure out what was wrong with my phone. I emailed HTC and the sent me an email back telling me how to sync it if it were working normally...i swear they didn't even read my issue i was running into. Im glad to see other people are having the same issue and its not just me. Hopefully this problem will be fixed soon. I just got my EVO 2 days ago and I havn't been able to link facebook to my contact list. Keep getting a connecton error and it saying that I have no friends to link to.....grrrrr. Keep us all informed on any updates please!!!!!
Okay, so I have just called htc and got some good news and bad news. (Good news) First, the lady had said that they have received an email from their tech, saying that there is a facebook connection issue that has happened with the server sometime midday yesterday. And they have been receiving a lot of calls about the problem. She said it's an error with htc sense not connecting with facebook, and nothing wrong with the phone, so a factory or hard reset isn't needed. They are working on it currently, they don't know when it will be back up, hopefully in a few hours she said, or by the end of this weekend. (that's the bad news) So I guess it's good that they at least know about this issue. |
