- Collection of Entry Pack
It is mandatory for all participants to collect their Entry Pack during the Race Expo.
Participants need to bring along the following documents for Entry Pack collection:
a . Confirmation Slip
b . Identification card for verification
*The Organiser reserves the right to refuse anyone their Race Entry Pack without proper documentation.
For participants below 18 years of age, please bring along theindemnity form signed by your parent or guardian if you have not faxedor email to us earlier. - Unable to collect your Entry Pack in person
If you are unable to collect your Entry Pack personally during the 2days, you may authorise someone to collect for you. He/she will need toproduce the following documents in order to collect on your behalf:
a . Completed and signed authorisation form
b . Your confirmation slip
c . A copy/photocopy of the runner’s identification card for verification
d . His/her identification card for recording purposes
Authorised collection is strictly on a 1-to-1 basis i.e. 1 person can only collect on behalf for 1 runner.
Collection of Entry Pack after the Race Expo will not be entertained.
