媒体报道，移民局执法人员取缔非法外劳，上周还针对违规者处以被视为是大马史上针对非法外劳最重处罚。

报道还指出，国内仍有70至80%的中小型企业继续聘用非法外劳。

行家建议：

我们对这新闻不感意外，过去数个月也多次提及政府可能会加强取缔非法外劳。

据MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）网页，外劳注册活动进行中，不过并没有公布最新的外劳注册数量。

我们预测，该公司2016和2017财年内，将获得总数100万名非法外劳注册。若更多中小型企业为非法外劳注册，无疑对MyEG盈利表现更好。

另外，MyEG的消费税监管计划已通过，再加上非法外劳注册人数未来数月内料增加，对该公司来说，是正面迹象，因此我们认为，MyEG正处于转捩点上。

（吉隆坡5日讯）MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）今日获内政部颁发约5亿5385万令吉的得标书（LOA），提供线上更新外劳临时工作准证（PLKS）给大马移民局。

MyEG向马交所报备，该项目为期5年，从2015年5月23日至2020年5月22日，估计总值约5亿5385万令吉。

董事部预计，该项目对公司截至今年6月30日财年开始的净利带来贡献。【e南洋】

MyEG非法外劳登记获延长

MyEG今日向马交所报备，上述计划原本于去年8月15日截止，现在将继续到今年底。以负责除了来自缅甸的非法外劳登记工作。

根据该公司文告，MyEG董事部指出，延长计划没有固定的合约价值，因为实际合约价值将取决于完成登记的非法外劳人数。

澄清迪耐非介入．MYEG外劳准证合约不受影响

（吉隆坡17日讯）MYEG服务（MYEG,0138,主板贸服组）澄清所获得的政府颁发的外劳工作准证更新和打印私有化项目并没有遭第三方介入，该公司仍独行签发外劳工作准证合约。

市场误会合约被迪耐瓜分

根据报道，迪耐（DNEX,4456,主板贸服组）周三宣布获非法外劳注册（非常外劳漂白）的工作，市场误以为MYEG的私有化计划被瓜分。

由于担心MYEG业务受影响，联昌研究连同一些投资机构因此和MYEG进行谈话，并获得该公司澄清，该公司私有化合约并没有被瓜分。

一年前，政府委托3家公司为其非法外劳重聘计划作管理工作，包括M Y E G、国际营销与网络谘询私人公司（IMAN）和武吉美嘉（Bukit Megah）私人有限公司，外劳籍别划分予3家公司，MY E G负责约95%非法外劳的登记，另外5%则为注册非法印尼劳工的IMAN，以及注册非法缅甸籍劳工的武吉美嘉公司。

3方历年来皆通用MYEG的后端管理系统，但由今年2月17日起，因计划将不再以籍别区分，三方都负责所外劳注册，因此MYEG已终止其余两家公司通用其系统。

有鉴于此，武吉美嘉委任迪耐为其外劳漂白工作设立新的后端管理系统。

MYEG澄清，迪耐的合约和MYEG的私有化计划并没有关连。

MYEG董事经理黄天顺表明，截至目前，该公司仍是唯一受政府委任签发准证的供应商。

MYEG仍主导市场

联昌认为，这项澄清有助缓解市场疑虑，因为印尼和缅甸非法外劳只占所有外劳的5%，而且另外两家公司使用新系统，首几个月预料会面对技术问题，因此即使开放所有外劳漂白工作给3家公司，MYEG还是市场主导者。

联昌估计，MYEG即将面对IMAN及武吉美嘉的竞争，但认为MYEG将因现有的系统设备及大量申请，而更胜一筹，因此维持该公司可在今年6月杪之前，可有高达100万名非法外劳登记的预测。

该行总结，消费税监测计划若落实，料可成MYEG重评的催化剂，维持MYEG的“加码”评级及3令吉14仙的目标价，建议投资者趁低买入。

（吉隆坡4日讯）马银行金英投资银行分析员预计，即将公布的MSCI大马指数成分股名单中，MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）将会榜上有名。

马银行金英指出，股票市场指数供应商MSCI，即将在15日（周一）中欧时间晚上11时，或本地时间早上5时，公布半年度指数评估结果。

新名单6月生效

而所有的名单更动，将在6月1日起效。

分析员预计，将有5家公司被纳入MSCI主要指数，包括Thanachart资本（纳入MSCI泰国指数）、Rural Electrification有限公司（MSCI印度指数）、Globalwafers（台湾MSCI指数），及我国的电子政府服务供应商MyEG。

同时，分析员也预计，印度的United Spirits以及我国的成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板贸服股），将从各自国家指数中被移除。
