这句话有问题，持有蓝筹股的，现在亏最多。
你看Ｍａｙｂａｎｋ，Ｂｕｒｓａ，Ｒｅｓｏｒｔｓ，ｇｅｎｔｉｎｇ，　ＡＡ　等等。

不过，这一阵过后，就是持有蓝筹的人，亏得比较少。

PUBLIC SHAREHOLDING SPREAD PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 8.15(1) AND PRACTICE NOTE NO. 19/2006 OF THE LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD (Listing Requirements)

The Company wishes to announce that as at 30 June 2008, the Company does not comply with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to paragraph 8.15(1) of the Listing Requirements whereby a listed company must ensure that at least 25% of its total listed shares are in the hands of a minimum of 1,000 public shareholders holding not less than 100 shares each (“Required Public Shareholding Spread”).

The public shareholding spread of the Company based on the Record of Depositor as at 30 June 2008 was as follows:-

Number of public shareholders: 975
Number of shares held by the public: 20,010,160
Percentage of public shareholding spread: 22.96%

Accordingly, the Company does not comply with the Required Public Shareholding Spread.

At this juncture, the Company has yet to formulate any rectification plan to address the shortfall in the Required Public Shareholding Spread but will endeavour to formulate such plan and will explore steps to increase the liquidity of its shares. An application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad to seek an extension of time to comply with the Required Public Shareholding Spread will be made in due course.

In addition, pursuant to paragraph 3.4 of Practice Note No. 19/2006, a listed company which does not comply with the Required Public Shareholding Spread must announce the status of its efforts to comply with the Required Public Shareholding Spread for each quarter of its financial year simultaneously with the quarterly reports and in any event, no later than 2 months after the end of each quarter of a financial year.

This announcement is dated 7 July 2008.

基金通常不是喜欢流通量高的股票吗？
好像PNB 在Triumphal 的买票方法，似乎不符合他们的操作方式，对吗？

你有什么看法吗？我对这方面一无所知。

蓝筹股的定位，不是你和我决定的。我们只能决定投资哪一家公司。

公道的说一句，即使是烂管理层，也无损一些蓝筹股的地位，因为他们受到基金的宠爱。
不过，我们绝对有权选择不和他们合股。

我来介绍一只流通量极低的股，看看有没有人敢买。。
（过去半年来，它有成交量的日子少于20天。）


我在前两天以 55 sen 买了 2000 股。

它的一些数据：
1. NTA per share = RM1.65
2. Cash per share = RM 0.61
3. PER = 6.5
4. Borrowing = 0

它的 inventory 和 receivable 都是 PAT 的好几倍。。。。
过去十年，Revenue不断升高，但PAT反而下降，
profit margin 超低，去年只有2%，应该是夕阳工业。。。


不过，以资产来看，它目前的股价肯定低于其价值。
我的买入价低于其每股现金，应该是绝对安全的。

而且，它股息也不差。过去五年的股息（扣税后）是：3.6sen, 7.2sen, 3.6sen, 2.9sen, 3.8sen.
不过，最近一次股息是在上个月，刚刚过了。现在买它，要收股息的话，需要等一年。。。

Margin 太低，随时会转盈为亏，所以不敢玩。

首先，我们必须对基金的分类搞清楚
基本上，信托基金类型的，是不可能成为某家公司的大股东，因为它们被限制最多只能有公司的X%股份

而PNB，EPF这类就不受以上条例控制
而PNB，EPF等等，和流通量高不高是没有直接关系的，如果你注意一下，这些基金拥有很多流通量不高的公司
所以，买流通量不高的公司不是他们的作风，那只是属于你个人的成见。   

另外，这些公司帮忙抄一些有关系的公司并不出奇
帮忙买某些公司推高股价也不出奇

意见讲完，可以不必放小弟的名字吧？

烂管理层的定义也要分清楚
如果你要引经据典，巴菲特投资策略一书也说过，某些行业，即使是管理层的能力普通或比普通更低，也一样可以经营得很好。
