大大们！不要再相信TM了！！！我很肯定所有用Streamxx的用户都面对Slow connection to international websites 的问题！！
以下是我昨天写去的email，和 CC 去'ccd@cmc.gov.my''aduanskmm@cmc.gov.my''aduan@cfm.org.my'
Slow connection to international websites (1-75867391xx)
As per my teleconversation with your staff (Shahrul) on 28/11/10 at 3.08pm pertaining to slow connection, please refer to the files attached.
I have been experiencing very slow connection to all the international websites since my last complaint (ref: 1-75802392xx). All these problems occur since I have upgraded my internet line to 1Mbps a few months ago.
If TM cannot solve the problem, I request to revert to the previous package which is 512Kbps.
I hope to receive a solution ASAP and not giving me further inconveniences.

26/27tm好像有在修理哦! 你的speedtest多少??

我是今天才知道有speed test这回事…不懂怎么看…呵呵…… 在这方面确实有点白痴…但是感觉上好像挺不乐观的… 啊…………………………我快被逼疯了！！！！！！！！！！！！！ 26/27…今天29了！四点半了！ 啊………………………… |

that we are currently in the process of upgrading our network in the area to an Internet Protocol-based Next Generation Network (NGN) platform in to order to facilitate the ongoing improvements to our performance and service quality. TM apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the disruption that may occur and would like to assure you that the upgrading exercise is necessary to enable us to provide you with the best quality of service.

siez啊…每次打去都抓住我讲整个小时…听到耳朵都痛死了…只是想到那个画面就想立刻放弃！先等我把试考完再说吧…今天连baidu主页也开不了了…算了算了…之前还一直想Upgrade…看来忘了算了… |

我表示这两个星期，网络一直都在不稳定状态，今天也是一样，我表示更糟糕，速度不超过6XXkbps，靠~我不明白streamyx搞什么的，每天说upgrade，一upgrade都有几个星期，几乎每一个月一次，我真的很无言...现在速度不超过6XXkbps~我每个月准时交钱，真是傻瓜... |

是的~1mbps的配套，闲了...每天都这样，速度一慢，就要等数小时才能回复正常ping ms和速度，每天都是这样，差不多有数小时被它们这样浪费去了，这一星期里，我每天2点下午至5点下午，晚上9点开始到凌晨12点，速度暴跌，ping ms异常的高，去speedtest看了，速度5XXkbps-7XXkbps，ping ms 59-110，而且是每天发生类似的事情，我打去100，什么状况都没改变...叫我如何是好？ |

昨晚9點多開始慢, 打電話去弄了半小時(每次都是on off modem, test ping...), 其實我知道只要叫他們make report去technician department, 明天就會好的, 可能這是他們的程序吧...
今天早上technician打來問好了沒有, 然後我順便問他為身麼會這樣? 他說system hang了, 現在我connnection慢, 所以去check modem的setting, 裡面的streamyx status又來internet not connected, 一定又是他們的system hang了...
看來等下又要花半小時的電話費去聽廢話 |

恩。只有一台…我昨晚打去了…做了报告…今天才0.06…
我昨天还用KL的速度作报告…把0.09说成0.27了…很不“Ｄａｉ”啊…哈哈…
再等等看怎样…
虽然骂人很不好，但是还是很想说：白痴streamyx! |
