例如晚上10点开始到12点，我偶然会出现这样的状 ...

UPGRADING OF TM NETWORK

Dear Valued Customers, Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) wishes to inform our customers in Sg. Long, Selangor that we are currently in the process of upgrading our network in the area to an Internet Protocol-based Next Generation Network (NGN) platform in order to facilitate the ongoing improvements to our performance and service quality. With this new network, TM will be in a position to service your needs faster and introduce new services that will increase the convenience and flexibility of the fixed line. Kindly also take note that there will be no changes in the service terms and pricing policy under this network upgrading exercise. The upgrading exercise will be held on 27 November 2010 between 12.00am to 02.00am. Shown below is the upgrading schedule: Service Affected Service Numbers Upgrading Date & Time Homeline/ Businessline/ Streamyx 03-9019 1XXX - 03-9019 7XXX 27 November 2010 12.00am to 02.00am ISDN BRI 03-9010 1XXX 27 November 2010 12:00am to 02.00am During this upgrading exercise, Streamyx, TM Homeline, TM Businessline and ISDN BRI customers may experience minor service interruptions. We would like to assure our customers that these services would resume to normal after the stipulated period. TM apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the disruption that may occur and would like to assure you that the upgrading exercise is necessary to enable us to provide you with the best quality of service.

不是"要",是早就开始了，在几年前。
你听说的，应该是国会某位大爷主张立法限制p2p 那件事吧。

  最近我对streamyx没有什么意见，也没有什么投诉，所以不是没有来这里咯。XD~

当时速度是8XXkbps-10XXkbps...唉...无力去投诉了...来来去去都回答我一样的东西。

    当时速度是8XXkbps-10XXkbps是不能投诉得!  你的speed要少过1mb 的80%才可以投诉得!  如果你现在拿到500kb的话，那你马上打去
