Further to our announcement dated 19 November 2007 in respect of the execution of the Facility Agreement entered into between THB and its affected subsidiaries and Lehman Brothers Commercial Corporation Asia Limited, the Company wishes to elaborate on the further details of the financial effects on the acceptance of the Facilities as follows: -

3. Financial effects in the acceptance of the Facilities

As mentioned in our earlier announcement, the acceptance of the Facilities that will enable THB and its affected subsidiaries to settle all its Existing Secured Debts as mentioned in the Composite Scheme and that as a consequence of the settlement there will be a positive impact to the net tangible assets per share of the Group. This positive impact is as a result of a net exceptional gain of RM225 million arising from the waiver that the Group will be receiving from its Scheme Creditors. The exceptional gain would result in the Group NTA increasing from 8 sen to 76 sen if the 30 June 2007 accounts is used as a proforma position.

This announcement is dated 20 November 2007.

除非绝对内幕肯定脱衣服[在前一星期准确确认]－－不然还是鼓励零星玩玩炒炒不伤身就好的说－－除非手上的票是0。310－0。340买的就例外－－当然更早的在0。240买的就更加理想长线看好

VT够对THE EDGE说BJCORP应该在RM2。000的价位才能充分反应实际LOH

tanco 两母子我都有留意。
tanco是不是中了风湿病。每次各两三天才发作，而且是四点左右。还请大家继续挖料。

之前小弟买在0。195。。。但是卖在0。255。。。。哎。。。卖过后就一路飚不停。。。

小弟我也是在0。220开始买，平均价0。250，因为觉得tanco很有心要脱红衣，而且又有消息说lehman兄弟会借钱给tanco，现在消息果然出来了 所以打算做长期投资，希望tango真的可以脱红衣

今天交投不是很激烈－－TANCO却失守了0。410－0。415关卡－－底线0。360－－期待午后回到0。415的水平－－想放手的大家可以先放手了－－全球局势毕竟不明朗

建议趁低买进其WA－－短线投机应该可以获利－－毕竟现在TANCO只是可以延长到明年四月而不是像之前盛传般的脱衣服－－

这几个月内还是沦落为炒股投机的说
