I think BLR - 2.4% or - 2.35% don has huge different, maybe you just can save few thousand for that particular years... correct if I'm wrong

Let say RM388k per unit.
Loan RM349,200

Year	Interest	Payment per month	Total Interest	Total Payment

40	4.25	1,514.20	377,616.83	726,816.83
40	4.20	1,503.18	372,324.38	721,524.38

If 40 years with 4.20 interest, then you pay RM100 extra for the first 3 years only, you can save around RM14,126.71, then your total interest will reduce to RM358,197.66.

From the calculation, I prefer to get better service insteal of the tiny different 0.05% from the interest.

是咯。。那个律师还讲到很爽说签了两个星期后stamping。。到了今天都3个星期出了还没收到什么消息。。。。。感觉上被骗了。。过几天还没消息就要去问了。

就算现在签了，还没stamping合约也不算有效.log in period还要等stamping那天算起，其实对我们很不公平
