全年赚1.7亿 大马天然气末季派息7.36仙

（吉隆坡13日讯）大马天然气（GASMSIA，5209，主板贸服股）全年净利按年增加5.3%至1亿7143万令吉，或每股盈利13.35仙，前一年同期为1亿6282万令吉。

该公司全年营业额报23亿1722万令吉，按年增幅9%，相较前一年同期为21亿2529万令吉。

截至去年底末季，大马天然气净利按年滑12%至4016万令吉，营业额则按年扬升9.5%至6亿423万令吉。

大马天然气宣布派息7.36仙，全年累计派息达13.35仙，相较前一年同期12.69仙。

另外，该公司早前宣布的第二次中期派息3仙单层股息停止过户日为3月5日，付款日为3月21日。

该公司同时将在来临的股东大会上建议终期派息4.36仙。【南洋网财经】

液化天然氣風險降‧大馬氣體現買進時機

（吉隆坡14日訊）大馬氣体（GASMSIA，5209，主板貿服組）業績符合預期，分析員認為兩年液化天然氣（LNG）供應增加將確保長期成長率，降低被工業用戶壓縮利潤的不確定風險。

黃氏唯高達指出，政府還未公佈工業用戶的液化天然氣價格，市場擔心成本增加將壓縮大馬氣体利潤，導致股價在過去2個月受壓。

不過，因為在2014財政年已全面獲取額外液化天然氣供應，2015財政年50%的液化天然氣也根據市價，該行認為利潤被壓縮的風險微小，目前反而是累積該股的最佳時機。

肯納格研究樂觀預測，2014財政年業績將表現強勁，因從2013年7月開始，來自馬六甲再氣化廠房的40百萬立方尺的供應量將貢獻全年盈利，2014及2015年又各有40百萬立方尺額外供應量確保未來盈利穩定成長，維持2014財政年財測不變，預測2015財政年淨利增長9%。

聯昌研究說：“相信第一季能源委員會將調整大馬氣体的天然氣價格，而該公司管理層有信心利潤可維持在目前水平。＂上次大馬氣体調整天然氣成本及價格是在2011年6月，目前價格分別是每百萬立方英尺14令吉零5仙及16令吉零7仙。

儘管天然氣價格調整延誤頓挫大馬氣体，馬銀行卻認為，未來價格調整料可改善淨利，從每百萬立方英尺2令吉零5仙增至2令吉零7仙。（星洲日報／財經）

签署2联营协议 马天然气进军新领域

（吉隆坡25日讯）大马天然气（GASMSIA，5209，贸易服务组）已签署2份联营协议，以提供综合热能与电力系统，和压缩天然气予工业用户。

上述与日本Energy Advance公司（简称ENAC公司）的热能与电力系统联营，将利用天然气为主要能源资源，以转换为电力、蒸气或热能，让客户用于它们的生产。

大马天然气新上任首席执行员拿督赛法莎告诉记者：“这将容许客户透过在它们地点的内部装置系统，减少整体能源成本，尤其是电力。”

ENAC公司是东京煤气集团子公司，持有大马天然气18.5%。大马天然气将拥有联营个体Gas Malaysia-Energy Advance私人有限公司的66%。

赛法莎预测，利用综合热能与电力系统将为工业客户潜在节省20%电力成本。这些系统将由大马天然气融资、经营和维修，并由出售天然气予客户中获利。

与此同时，与IEV能源私人有限公司的压缩天然气联营，则将供应天然气予未有天然气输送管连接的工业用户。

“这项用意是压缩天然气、注入流动输送管、及运送到需要天然气的地点。”

大马天然气将拥有联营公司Gas Malaysia-IEV能源私人有限公司的75%股份。

主席拿督哈斯尼透露，首座面积约莫一个足球场的压缩天然气分配站，将在一年内于彭亨格宾开始操作，初期资本开销1500万令吉。

该工厂将服务周边150至200公里地区，涵盖北根、淡马鲁和文德甲等地。哈斯尼表示，大马天然气已鉴定该地区7名有兴趣客户。

压缩天然气投资的初期销售目标是每年30万的mmBtu。在2013年，大马天然气共售出1亿3500万mmBtu，高于2012年的1亿2800万mmBtu。

哈斯尼拒绝透露压缩天然气投资的资本开销数字，和潜在收益贡献。他称，该公司还未落实客户数字，同时仍需要研究每个潜在客户的所需产能。

不过他表示，综合热能与电力系统将需要比压缩天然气更高的资本开销，并将在2年内至少兴建一座热能与电力厂。

大马天然气将无须筹集资金以融资上述联营。“我们拥有良好的资产负债表。”

该集团的净负债企于零，同时拥有3亿令吉净现金。

在集团截至2013年12月31日止财政年的业绩方面，赛法莎说，虽然第4财季面对利润压缩，但整体利润将高于前一年。第4季度的较低利润是因为定期维修所致。

大马天然气在2013财政年录得1亿7144万令吉净盈利，比前一年的1亿6283万令吉来得高。在末季，该公司的净盈利却降至4016万令吉，比较之前同时期达4548万令吉。【光华日报财经】

拓新業務‧大馬氣體前景可期

（吉隆坡25日訊）大馬氣體（GASMSIA，5209，主板貿服組）一口氣宣佈2項新計劃，將進軍氣體運輸和工業能源供應市場。

分析
分析員認為，新業務的短期貢獻有限，長期營收比較值得期待。

該公司分別與IEV控股和能源先進公司（ENAC）合組公司，持股各達75%和66%。根據協議，第一家聯營公司將為沒有駁管的地區供應氣體；第二家聯營公司則涉足工業領域的電力與蒸氣動力供應市場。

聯昌研究指出，與核心駁管氣體運輸業務相比，新氣體業務涉及的供應量可能不多，賣點在於可以擴大現有業務的客源。

“雖然我們正面看待大馬氣體的新聯營計劃，這些新聞卻不會成為推動股價上升的主要原因，畢竟2家聯營公司都無法馬上大幅提振該公司的盈利。”

肯納格研究也認為，新氣體運輸業務的短期影響有限，因新廠預期費時兩年興建，運送地區以彭亨為主，料每年僅涉及30萬百萬熱能單位（mmbtu），數量不多。

“雖然兩項聯營計劃短期貢獻不太明顯，卻可望在3至5年內帶來可觀營收。”

Bull Market for Gas

Last year at this time, there was about 3 Tcf (trillion cubic feet) of natural gas in storage. This year, we have 2.4 Tcf— 600 Bcf less.

Now, last year between February and April, we used 1.35 Tcf. By mid-March, there was 1.7 Tcf in storage. That's in line with 5-year averages.

This year, it's going to be different.

If companies continue to struggle to replenish supplies and demand continues to surge, we could end the winter season with 1.1 Tcf of gas in storage— or less. That hasn't happened since 2003.

（吉隆坡18日讯）大马天然气（GASMSIA，5209，主板贸服股）宣佈，已同意與Enigma Harmoni私人有限公司（简称EHSB）签署输送管建设及经营协议中的条件。

大马天然气将委任承包商，为後者建设天然气输送管，而该公司则会为EHSB供应天然气。

大马天然气通过文告表示，基建成本预计为440萬7872令吉。

该输送管项目的竣工日期，预计为今年11月30日，或是协议签署後的12个月後。

在签署协议的同时，EHSB将支付44萬787令吉。

然而，在大马天然气成功将采购、建筑和启用（EPCC）项目颁发给受委任的承包商後，该公司将会发出确定通知书，届时EHSB则需付176萬3148令吉。

而其餘的220萬3936令吉则会在竣工後支付。

EHSB旗下拥有機场业务，故此协议将可稳定地为其供应天然气。

Gas Malaysia, MMC unit agree on gas distribution project

KUALA LUMPUR: Gas Malaysia Bhd and MMC Corporation Bhd's unit Enigma Harmoni Sdn Bhd have agreed on the terms for the gas distribution pipeline project.

According to Gas Malaysia on Friday, the terms included the construction of the pipeline and other works for the supply of natural gas to Enigma Harmoni.

Enigma Harmoni is a unit of Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a unit of MMC. MMC also holds 30.93% of Gas Malaysia.

The estimated infrastructure cost is RM4.40mil. The project is slated for completion by Nov 30 this year.

"In line with Enigma Harmoni's operation and maintenance of airport terminal business, the agreement will provide a steady supply of natural gas for Enigma Harmoni's operation," said Gas Malaysia.
