我是拿loan买的,所以不能保留太久.我不要付股票行利息.
赚了高兴就好,买股票不能太贪心啦,1 LOT赚RM1.70我已经当是天上掉下来的大红包了,反正我是绝对不会亏本的,只是在于赚多赚少而已.

Public Bank Successfully Priced The First Ringgit Innovative Tier 1 Capital Instrument Issue in Malaysia  

Public Bank successfully launched and priced Malaysia's first issue of Ringgit Innovative Tier 1 Capital Securities of RM1.2 billion [the "RM Tier 1 Capital Securities"].  Public Merchant Bank and CIMB Investment Bank, the Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Lead Managers of the issue, launched the roadshow for the RM Tier 1 Capital Securities on 17 November 2006 in Kuala Lumpur.  The bookbuilding exercise, with a launch size of RM1.0 billion, was concluded earlier than scheduled and was priced and allocated on 1 December 2006. Investors' overwhelming response was reflected in the final book being 8.5 times over the upsized issue amount of RM1.2 billion.

The RM Tier 1 Capital Securities, rated AA2 by Rating Agency Malaysia, carry a 30-year (principal stock settlement) non-callable for 10 years structure and was priced at par with a coupon of 5.10%. At this level, the RM Tier 1 Capital Securities were priced 10 basis points lower than the low end of the initial price guidance.

Demand was generated from 56 quality domestic investors and investors from Singapore and Hong Kong, and the issue was allocated to asset managers (50%), financial institutions (27%), insurance companies (10%), statutory bodies (6%), corporates (4%) and private banks (3%).

"We are indeed very pleased to execute this landmark issue with overwhelming response from the investing community. Investors placed significant, high quality orders in the transaction, with approximately 76% of orders from Malaysian investors and 24% demand coming from investors based in Singapore and Hong Kong" said Dato' Sri Tay Ah Lek, Managing Director of Public Bank.

Proceeds raised from the offering will be used for working capital, general banking and other corporate purposes.

中国的社会制度,  文化, 法律, 人民的诚信问题, 再再都是大大问题....

PBB 要进军中国市场,  标叔有否想通想透啊!! 况且 PBB 是发债券集资....

意思是说 : 标叔要借钱去中国做生意.  (牙烟唔牙烟啊)...    哈哈!!

标叔的政策就是不借钱给政治人物（靠政治关系），当经济好的时候，别人大赚，个个都笑标叔傻。
但在经融风暴时，别人的呆坏账一大埋，大众平安渡过。
现在大众是不靠政府自己做到成为全马资产第二大的银行！！
在此可见，标叔的企业文化和管理方式不会有太大的问题。

投资中国，是通过香港子公司，有CEPA罩住，加上标叔的稳重，绝对没问题。

唯一的问题可能就是标叔会为股东们赚很多资产，股息可能会少些。对激进的投资人来说，可能会受不了这种慢郎中的做风。
