reducing balance就是利息算法是根据客户之前还了一部分之后的outstanding来算利息，有些BT是up front一开始就算的（尤其是分期还fixed amount那种）。 |

就知道是HSBC的BT惹的祸。。。
如果用这张卡做BT，就不能用来刷其他的。。。不然就永远都还不完。。。 |
