CNB: 过去的就算了。信心很重要。一直把CNB 放在心里，会让人失去斗志力。要赢的话，也很快的，几个礼拜就可以了。要倒的话也很容易。

Tomorrow could be one of those irrational trading frenzies spiking MESA's stock up several dollars, followed by several days of fizzling pull-back. There isn't much stock floating and everyone wants in given recent volume. Premarket will see large run up in price as more try to get in.

When the spike begins at the open the market will act irrational for several reasons. The unexperienced are reading in several places that MESA might be worth at least 2.25. So you will have longs holding for that in a spike, and more humorously new comers thinking they'll be safe getting in up to 2.25.

When the price breaks 1.00, several alarms will go off sending everyone running to MESA. The delisting issue will no doubt cause some to think MESA is safe from delisting now. The "don't leave me behind" crowd will start buying like crazy. As 2.25 nears, the really sads will start comparing MESA to other airline stocks thinking 7.00 potential is reasonably sound. A super irrational frenzy could spike this up beyond 4.00 or more in one day (which will obviously not last).

Think this cannot happen? Well that's the exact irrational trading that made me wealthy with Dendreon (DNDN). Go check it out for yourself, Feb - March of this year. It closed at 22.47 on Friday. Sold for pennies in Feb. I know they now have a viable asset, but the initial run up was irrational and not back by any numbers.

All I'm saying is MESA could experience a huge spike tomorrow and if you don't let gread having to ride the pull-back down, you might make some serious money. Otherwise, MESA looks like a strong play on Monday based on the numbers. It is highly unlikely it would close any less than its open, and looks very likely it will at least move up some.

But lets hope for the spike

      上周股市收出一根陰線，為5周來首次周線收陰。道瓊斯工業平均指數和標普500指數均下跌0.5%，分別收於瘋狂出貨的跡象。這意味著春季以來的上漲行情在本周可能暫作喘息，但股市的長期趨勢仍為上漲，至少就目前而言是這樣。

　　  下面我們來看看各大股指的情況：

　　  下面的圖形來自於我們的“美國市場ETF交易地圖”，顯示了各大股指的短期交易區間和資金流向指標。如圖所示，淡藍色帶代表短期交易區間，向上突破這一區間意味著超買(紅色色帶所示)，向下跌破這一區間意味著超賣(墨綠色帶所示)。

　　   從道瓊斯工業平均指數跨度為3年的周線圖上我們可以看到，指數正在測試9500點附近的阻力位，即2007-2009年熊市下跌行情的38.2%斐波納契折線的位置。儘管我們的“美國市場ETF交易地圖”仍看漲道指，但資金流向指標正在走低，因此在我們看來，道指可能要進入一個整理階段。緊鄰支撐位在8900點，收盤跌破這一位置將意味著進入中期回調，劍指7998點，即上圖白線的位置。

　　   與道指類似，標普500指數也徑直來到了去年11月高點和2007-2009年熊市下跌行情的38.2%斐波納契折線的雙重阻力位。上周的“內包日線”是一個警告信號，說明市場正在醞釀一波短期回調行情。不過我們需要注意，資金流向指標仍為正值，這說明市場存在一定的支撐。換句話說，只要市場出現大跌，那些錯過夏季行情的投資者將會入場接盤。緊鄰阻力位大約在1020點，收盤站上這一位置將激發迅猛攻勢，劍指1100點，即2007-2009年熊市下跌行情的50%斐波納契折線的位置。緊鄰支撐位大約在950點，收盤跌破這一位置將意味著進入中期回調走勢，劍指847點，即上圖白線的位置。

　　圖1.3 納斯達克綜合指數(周線圖)

　   　如圖所示，納指的資金流向指標雖為正值，但已經開始下降，說明投資者的買入興趣在減弱。不過，我們的“美國市場ETF交易地圖”依然看漲納指。因此在我們看來，只要納指不收於1880點下方，即2007-2009年熊市下跌行情的38.2%斐波納契折線的位置，多頭應該不會陷入嚴重困境。緊鄰阻力位大約在2015點，如果指數成功突破這一位置，將會一路上攻至2070點，即2007-2009年熊市下跌行情50%斐波納契折線的位置。

　   　總結：股市正在進入一輪迴調走勢，不過由於長期趨勢依然看漲，因此任何大跌都應該會受到強勁買盤的支撐。

NEW YORK, Aug 17 (Reuters) - A U.S. regulator has extended a deadline to bid on Guaranty Financial Group (GFG.N) assets to Tuesday, while bids for another troubled lender, Corus Bankshares Inc (CORS.O), are due Sept. 3, sources familiar with the situation said on Monday.

Potential bidders for Guaranty, the second-largest publicly traded bank in Texas, include at least one private equity consortium, the sources said. Bids had been due on Monday.

The group, which is led by financial services executive Gerald Ford, includes Blackstone Group (BX.N), Carlyle Group [CYL.UL], Oak Hill Capital and TPG [TPG.UL], the sources said.

The private equity group's interest in the bank comes despite ongoing uncertainty around Federal Deposit Insurance Corp rules for investments by such firms in failed banks.

The FDIC kicked up a storm last month when it proposed tough guidelines for private investors seeking to buy failed banks, suggesting such groups should have to maintain higher capital levels and support the banks they buy.

But such investors argue the guidelines would unfairly place an onerous burden on them and warn that the rules, if finalized as they are, would chill private investments in banks.

The Ford-led group was given access to Guaranty's books over the weekend, one of the sources said.

The FDIC, which is handling the sales, declined to comment. Guaranty and Corus were not immediately available for comment. The sources are anonymous because the talks are private.

Guaranty said in a filing to regulators on Monday that it no longer believes that it will be able to continue as a going concern. It said it continues to co-operate with regulators while they pursue alternatives for the bank.

"Any such transaction would not be expected to result in the receipt of any proceeds by the stockholders of the company," it said.

Rodman & Renshaw raises its price target on Inovio Biomedical Corporation (NYSE: INO) from $2 to $4 per share, reiterating their Market Outperform rating.

The firm comments, In late July, Inovio's SynCon" H1N1 influenza DNA vaccine achieved protection against current circulating swine influenza A/H1N1 viruses in pigs and mice. Of 6 pigs immunized, all developed HI titers exceeding the 1:40 level (range, 53.3 to 80) commonly associated with protective immunity."
