與天地通亞通聯營 MYEG服務財測獲上調

（吉隆坡29日訊）券商看好MYEG服務（MYEG，0138，主要板貿服）與天地通亞通（Celcom Axiata）的聯營合作，上調前者2017和2018財年的每股盈利預測15%至16%，帶動股價揚升。

MYEG服務與天地通亞通自4月起合作供應天地通手機通訊晶片（簡稱SIM卡）給登記的非法及合法外勞。一旦被監管，當局查辦問話時可通過SIM卡確認身分。

聯昌證券研究指出，MYEG服務至今供應了25萬張SIM卡，每名用戶平均營業額（APRU）僅35令吉，比較天地通（Celcom）的50令吉。

共享7%營業額

該行將是項合作可帶來的潛在盈利納入2017和2018財年的每股盈利預測內，保守估計每名用戶平均營業額為25令吉，同時MYEG服務將和天地通共享7%的營業額。

“基于MYEG服務無須承擔任何營運成本，該7%的共享營業額將直接成為其淨利；我們因此上調該公司2017和2018財年的每股盈利預測15%至16%。”

聯昌證券研究維持MYEG服務“增持”評級，目標價2.68令吉。【中国报财经】

MyEG新兴工业地位延长

（吉隆坡16日讯）MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）独资子公司获的新兴工业地位（Pioneer Status）的免税奖掖，获大马投资发展局（MIDA）延长5年，直到2021年。

根据文告，大马投资发展机构根据1986年促进投资法，批准独资子公司MyEG私人有限公司旗下的mySpeed云端电脑系统的研发、商用，以及提供的执行、维修和技术支援，享有延长5年的所得税全免奖掖，从今年4月27日直到2021年4月26日。

另一方面，MyEG子公司MyEG Lodging私人有限公司，今天也和马六甲州发展机构（PKNM）签署3份租约，出租512个单位作为外籍员工的宿舍，为期3年；该公司分别是在龙当、亚罗牙也和万里望出租这些单位，每月租金介于4万令吉至8万令吉。【e南洋】

MYEG建外劳宿舍受看好．未来3年成主要盈利

（吉隆坡17日讯）MYEG服务（MYEG，0138，主板贸服组）率先在甲州展开建外劳宿舍计划，分析员不感意外，预期一旦此计划扩展全国，在未来两三年将成为其主要盈利贡献来源。

联昌研究表示，MYEG将在甲州15个地点设512单位宿舍，每处供3千外劳居住，总共容纳4万5千名外劳；假设平均租金200令吉，每年营收达1亿零800万令吉，以20%税前赚益计，单在甲州可获2200万令吉税前盈利。

该公司是透过55%持股MYEG住房有限公司与马六甲州发展局签租赁协约，为后者提供512单位外劳宿舍。联昌指上述单位租金每月19万5000令吉，折合全年234万令吉。

联昌对上述宣布并不惊奇，上回联昌会晤领导层时获告知首个外劳宿舍将建在甲州，并总共在甲州15个地点建外劳宿舍。

“同时，MYEG的新兴享免税地位再获延长5年，由2016年延长至2021年4月，上一次期限是从2011年至2016年。”联昌已在2016至2018财政年的净利预测中，把新兴工业地位的享有免税因素计算在内。”

联昌给予“加码”，目标价2令吉68仙。

潜在重估催化剂包括与亚通（AXIATA，6888，主板贸服组）天地通联营，为已注册外劳供应天地通SIM卡服务。

（吉隆坡29日讯）MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）截至6月30日末季，净利激增122%至5104万5000令吉；同时，建议派息1.3仙和派送红股回馈股东。

同期营业额则飙涨93.7%，报8725万9000令吉。全年净利也大起110%至1亿4296万6000令吉；营业额走高99%，报2亿8161万7000令吉。

根据文告，营业额和净利攀扬，主要归功于线上更新外劳准证和保险、以及外劳重聘计划服务的交易量走高。

另外，新收购的子公司Cardbiz控股，也捎来贡献。

不过，当季的良好表现，则部分被雇员和营运开销、以及利息成本走高所抵消，此外，贷款买新建筑物，也涉及了较高的利息成本。

展望2017财年，MyEG相信，现有服务特别是线上更新外劳保险等服务，将继续贡献营业额和净利。

建议2送1红股

如无意外，随着越来越多大马人采用线上政府服务，董事部谨慎乐观看待明年可持续交出称心业绩。

另一方面，董事部也建议，以2送1比例，送出高达12亿210万2000股红股，回馈股东。如无意外，派送红股活动预计可在明年首季完成。

（吉隆坡30日讯）MYEG服务（MYEG，0138，主板贸服组）2016财政年净利翻倍至1亿4290万令吉，表现符合预期，联昌研究看好集团进军外劳住宿新业务前景，外加2送1红股意外惊喜，调高目标价20%。

该行指出，虽然政府未公布任何外劳重雇措施，但MYEG服务网站却披露相关活动仍在持续，同时集团也进军为外劳提供宿舍住宿的新业务。

“我国现有约300万名注册外劳，只要集团攫取其中20%，以每月200令吉租金计，3年可录得14亿令吉常年营收，因此我们维持MYEG服务财测，以及‘增持’评级不变，但调高目标价20%至3令吉22仙，以反映其3年每股盈利52%复合年均增长率展望。”

（八打灵再也26日讯）电子政府服务供应商MYEG服务有限公司（MYEG，0138，贸易服务组），建议斥资4429万令吉收购帝国城@白沙罗办公大楼的其中7层办公室单位。

该集团致函大马交易所备案时说：“我们将会向Cheerful Effect私人有限公司、李丰宝和林万利（以上人名译音）购买上述产业。”

该办公大楼拥有45层高，而且是99年地契单位。

它之所以收购上述产业，主要是需要较大空间，以容纳日常运作，并在同一个屋檐下集中所有业务。

在考虑到该产业的未来前景后，这笔交易看起来也非常吸引，因它邻近有多项住宅和商业发展项目，以及未来发展项目，可对该产业构成相辅相成的作用。

此次收购将以1329万令吉的内部基金和3100万令吉的外部借款来融资。今次的收购，预计不会对MYEG的每股净资产产生任何重大影响。

Cheerful Effect是由丹斯里林伟才和他的配偶潘斯里唐秀美（译音）联合拥有的。林氏也是全球最大手套生产商顶级手套集团有限公司（TOPGLOV，7113，工业产品组）主席。

政府宣布自10月起將扣押聘雇非法外勞公司的資產，此消息對我們來說是一個正面驚喜，應可刺激非法外勞的註冊人數。相信2017財年註冊人數將達到我們預測的100萬人次，因此續維持MYEG服務（MYEG，0138，主要板貿服）每股收益和目標價不變。

移民局總監慕斯達法指出，根據1956年移民法令第56（1）條文，移民局有權凍結聘請非法外勞的雇主的銀行戶頭和資產，只是之前沒有嚴格執行。

政府在2015年中，委任MYEG服務處理外勞註冊事宜。

雖然註冊截止日原定為6月底，但MYEG服務網頁上顯示註冊服務仍在進行中；截至6月底，非法外勞註冊人數為30萬人，其中僅有12萬人是完整註冊的，另外18萬人仍在等待文件進行註冊。

MYEG主要涉足发展及推介电子政府服务计划及提供其他相关服务；主要包括两大核心领域：政府至人民（G2C），以及政府/企业方案（GES）。

G2C包括驾驶笔试定期服务、发行及更新执照、电子帐单付款、以及网上资讯服务，如交通罚单检查及电子破产或清盘情况探索等。

由于MYEG管理层与政府关系向来密切， 因此获得不少政府的“关照”， 比如将网上更新外劳工作准证的服务交给它负责。

而这一项决定则引起不少民间和在野党的反弹， 认为政府的这项决定让MYEG垄断了网上更新外劳准证的这项服务，而当MYEG获得高利益的同时其实背后有政治人物受惠。


争议二：高本益比

MYEG的股价长时间维持在50倍本益比左右，因此即使有很多投资者看好它，但却觉得它的股价过于昂贵而却步。

针对第一项争议，其实每个人都有各自的看法，而且涉及政治争议，因此我就不做评论了。

所以我只针对第二项争议来作分析。

其实，如果大家有仔细研究MYEG的业务以及分析其业绩，就会了解为什么它会那么“贵”。

我常跟人家，特别是最近在办课程时我一再跟学员们解释为何一家公司可以具有高本益的估值，主要有两个原因：
1) 业务是否具有垄断与独特性，以及是否容易被取代？　
2) 公司的业务是否具有高成长性？　

注：当然也有些公司根本不具备以上两种情况，但本益比也很高，主要是因为其它“人为”因素的关系。

首先，MYEG的业务确实具有垄断性，而且也不容易被取代，这一点应归功于它与政府的关系良好所致。

第二，G2C这一领域 在我国依然具有很高的成长和潜力，这归功于现在科技的发展与人民对这些服务的需求所致。

再来谈谈MYEG的服务。

我个人其实很喜欢用MYEG来更新汽车路税，省时省力而且快捷。

在这里我不得不称赞一下MYEG的服务，确实很棒， 我早上更新路税，中午就有人把路税送到我公司了，省下了我很多时间。

还有一件事很多人都不知道，如果使用MYEG服务来更新汽车保险，还能够获得折扣，因为他们无需通过保险代理员。

同样的，我也用过MYEG来更新印尼女佣的准证，只要一输入女佣的护照号码，所有资料就会自动显示出。 用信用卡付了钱后， 一个星期后新的准证就会自动寄来。这项服务对于一些住在偏远地区的人来说确实非常方便，与其大老远跑到代理的办事处处理（而且一些外劳代理根本就不在附近），倒不如上网更新来的更方便。

说了那么多MYEG的业务和服务，现在来看看它的业绩。

大家有没有发现？MYEG的净利润率（net profit margin）非常高，几乎达到50%。试问在我国的上市公司中，有多少家公司可以每做1块钱生意，就可以赚5毛钱？

近几年， G2C这一行业的成长确实不容忽视，单单看季度业绩就会发现MYEG已经连续6个季度在营业额和净利皆取得增长。

注：MYEG因1送1红股。而2016年财政年每股净利稀释之后应该是3.85仙， ROE则是13.4%。

现财政年（2016年）的业绩就已经是一个大惊喜了，虽然只过了三个季度，但是其营业额和净利几经大幅超越2015财政年了。

MYEG在2014年和2015年连续两年派了1送1红股，其股本从6000万令吉，提升到目前的2亿4000万令吉。按照2016年这一波业绩成长势头来看，MYEG如果想在今年8月再次来个2送1红股，是可以办到的。要不然，也可在明年2月或5月来个1送1红股。

从目前的业绩来分析，如果MYEG的净利能够继续以每季9%来成长，那么全年的每股净利将可达到5.3仙，而如果它依然继续以50倍本益比来估值的话，那么其股价有望重估至RM2.65。

（吉隆坡1日讯）MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）和董事经理黄天顺，抵触大马交易所上市条例遭申诫，后者更被罚款5万令吉。

马交所发表文告指出，MyEG没有先通过马交所，向市场公告企业最新发展消息，反而自行向特定人士或分析员、股东、记者等透露消息，违反上市条例第9.08（2）条文。

黄天顺也因此抵触16.13（b）条例，并被罚款5万令吉。

文告指出，MyEG管理层未预先向马交所报备下，在去年1月6日，在联昌国际举办的年度企业日汇报会上，与约40名基金经理会面，宣布获政府颁发合约项目。

当时该公司向基金经理透露，MyEG受委与移民局合作，负责收集和整合国内合法与非法外劳的数据库，令每股盈利预测大幅上修。

根据该合作计划，所有雇主必须使用MYEG服务的外劳年度更新工作证（FWPR）系统，的线上为外劳更新工作证服务，每人需支付38令吉。

但MyEG在3天后，才通过马交所宣布这项消息，而且没有提及在汇报会上曾发表有关该项目对公司财务表现的利好和影响。

就在那3天，MyEG股价劲扬26%，成交量也明显飙增。

MyEG股价今天下跌，创下9月21日以来新低，收报2.22令吉，下跌3仙或1.33%，成交量为811万7800股。

撤销2备忘录

MyEG分别与哈萨克斯坦国家信息技术（NIT）及Cradle基金私人有限公司，撤销2项了解备忘录。

MyEG日前向马交所报备，因合作没有进展，2项备忘录的签署方都同意撤销。

该合作备忘录，双方是在2011年6月签署，探讨联手在哈萨克斯坦，推介电子政府服务；并由首相拿督斯里纳吉和哈萨克斯坦总统努尔苏丹纳扎尔巴耶夫见证。

2013年10月，MyEG与Cradle基金，各投资2000万和4000万令吉，计划联营成立Cradle 种子创投基金，为草创资讯科技企业提供融资。

Cradle基金投资4000万令吉，MyEG服务则投资2000万令吉。



BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES PUBLICLY REPRIMANDS MY E.G. SERVICES BERHAD AND FINES ITS MANAGING DIRECTOR

KUALA LUMPUR, 30 NOVEMBER 2016 - Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (635998-W) (Bursa Malaysia Securities) has publicly reprimanded My E.G. Services Berhad (“MYEG” or “the Company”) and its Managing Director, Wong Thean Soon for breaching the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Main LR).  In addition, the Managing Director has been fined RM50,000.

MYEG is publicly reprimanded for breaching paragraph 9.08(2) of the Main LR which prescribes that a listed issuer must ensure that no disclosure of material information is made on an individual or selective basis to analysts, shareholders, journalists or other persons unless such information has previously been fully disclosed and disseminated to the public (i.e. to Bursa Malaysia Securities pursuant to paragraph 9.08(5) of the Main LR).  In the event that material information is inadvertently disclosed on the occasion of any meeting with analysts, shareholders, journalists or others, it must be publicly disseminated as promptly as possible.

MYEG had at the CIMB Conference on 6 January 2015 disclosed the government’s decision for MYEG to implement the fully online renewal of foreign workers’ permit from 2015 onwards (“the New Renewal of Foreign Workers Permit Arrangement”) as well as impact of the same to the Company (e.g. market share and market potential).

However, the announcement on the New Renewal of Foreign Worker Permit Arrangement was made to Bursa Malaysia Securities only on 9 & 12 January 2015 and even so, without any disclosure of details of its impact / implication on MYEG’s financials which was disclosed in MYEG’s presentation to the fund managers at the CIMB Conference.

The New Renewal of Foreign Workers Permit Arrangement was material / significant to the Company’s business and prospects as well as financials to MYEG particularly as the arrangement would increase the Company’s market share on renewal of foreign work permits from 8% (based on MYEG’s representation at the CIMB Conference) to 100%.

There was a significant increase of up to 26% in the Company’s share price from 6 January 2015 to 9 January 2015 with high volume traded following MYEG’s presentation at the CIMB Conference on 6 January 2015, the CIMB Equities research report issued on 7 January 2015 which had, amongst others, stated that the target price for MYEG was to be RM7.80 (from RM5.28) and The Star article on 9 January 2015 which had reported on the New Renewal of Foreign Workers Permit Arrangement.

Wong Thean Soon, the Managing Director of MYEG is publicly reprimanded and fined RM50,000 for breaching paragraph 16.13(b) of the Main LR where he had permitted the Company’s breach of paragraph 9.08(2) of the Main LR.  He had selectively disclosed information on the New Renewal of Foreign Workers Arrangement in making the presentation for MYEG at the CIMB Conference on 6 January 2016.

In addition to the public reprimand, MYEG is required to undertake or arrange for the necessary training programme(s) in relation to compliance with the disclosure obligation under the Main LR and ensure its directors and relevant personnel of the Company attend the same.

Bursa Malaysia Securities views the contravention seriously as the disclosure obligations are fundamental obligations of listed companies to preserve and sustain market integrity and investor confidence.

Bursa Malaysia Securities has reminded MYEG and its Board of Directors on their responsibility to maintain the appropriate standards of corporate responsibility and accountability to its shareholders and the investing public.
