有没有人问过setia SEC入口对面那么一块这么大的空地是不是他们的？会有什么发展。。。。

搞不好是flat 楼。。。再不然是大型回教堂。。。

hi, i think is expensive but really like environment and setia name good. 658k RM intermediate one. I use google chrome translate and read thru all 100+ page for this thread, am happy there will be a strong local community to stay in SEC. very scare of taman that are like ghost town, nobody pay maintenance fee!

actually kookk you already post the site drawing for the submission to land authority. the outside plot is 2 row shop house call eco hub, then is sekolah menengah, balai polis, 2 blok of servis residen, the "TA" (meaning tangki air), and one is marked 'surau'. So I think maybe have a surau there. You can check back your old post you put the pelan drawing.

As for i got ask the Saleperson at setia when i buy the house "Got big mosque around ahh?" and he quickly say "don't know, don't know". So I think maybe "still not 100% confirm".

哦。。。可是我指的是guardhouse, foresta第一排前面的那块地哦。。。
不属于SEC的土地的那块地哦。。。。

oh .. i see .. that land is to south of SEC between SEC and setia indah? i never ask le that one ... is not SP Setia land or?

there will two guardhouse. one is at south gate (near foresta) and one is at east gate (near aurora & the new shophouse)

“Validity Period” 和 “Expected date of Completion” 是不一样的。你应该看“Expected date of Completion”。scroll down就看到了~
我想你所看到是SP的 Advertising and Sales  Permit - Validity Period。

Nett price is 658k. How about selling price? I saw e web page put > 1mil. Discount > 300k?

oh.. no i buy in june , remember that time have the father day pre launch. ? i book that time. nett 658k , SPA price is 767K RM. I don't know what the latest price is today? i hear aurora almost sold out de. wah, i read those friend buy foresta so cheap, i very jealous. you buy aspen is it?
