（吉隆坡11日讯）令吉兑美元走软，有助于推高顶级手套（TOPGLOV，7113，主板工业产品股）的产品赚幅，取得更多盈利。

顶级手套主席丹斯里林伟才在回应彭博社时指出，美元走强是大马出口业者的“好兆头”，从事出口业务的顶级手套可从中得益。

“令吉走软，可促使本地产品在国外变得更廉宜，同时，提高出口业者的赚幅和盈利。”

顶级手套的产品出口，都是以美元计价，因此，这将为公司利润捎来提振作用。

林伟才指出，虽然产品的赚幅将有可观的增长，但也不能过度依赖持续波动的汇率。

根据彭博社，由于油价下滑和市场预测美联储升息，拖累令吉兑美元在过去半年下滑了14%，在亚洲货币中录得最差的表现。

令吉本周已跌破3.70令吉的水平，周三更一度下滑至3.7281令吉的6年新低水平。【南洋网财经】

美元走強成本低‧頂級手套次季淨利看漲

（吉隆坡13日訊）頂級手套（TOPGLOV,7113,主板工業產品組）業務以出口為主，業績料受美元走強、更低原料成本所驅動，儘管銷售量增長平平，惟受賺益擴張烘託，次季有望取得超越首季4千900萬令吉淨利的表現。

該公司將在3月18日公佈第二季和上半年業績表現。

馬銀行研究預計能源成本2015年未變動，預測3個財政年賺益擴大1.4%，而調高2015至2017財政年財測5%至7%，同時調高評級至“買進”。

該股過去半年在美元走挺18%烘託，股價上揚8%；然而仍然落後股價上揚達19%的丁腈手套同儕。

頂級手套幾乎所有銷售以美元計，50%成本為美元，並持續護盤確保外匯損失抑至最低。

馬幣徘徊3.50水平

馬銀行預期未來3個財政年，馬幣兌美元徘徊於3.60、3.50、3.50水平。

主要生產成本乳膠儘管2014年12月回彈14%至每公斤4令吉零5仙，但基於中國需求不振，仍按年挫20%。

頂級手套期間乳膠手套平均售價按年下調5%至10%，儘管銷售量按季平平（基於工作日少），馬銀行基於乳膠價按季跌4%、美元按季走揚8%擴大賺益，次季業績會比上季更好。

低乳膠價格利惠頂級手套，乳膠手套佔總銷售的70%；過去4至5年來手套產能未增，最大乳膠消耗國中國因汽車業放緩，加上東盟區橡膠供應增長，預期這三個財政年乳膠價跌10%至每公斤4令吉。

佔生產成本9%的天然氣與能源成本，2015年可能保持。政府已公佈氣體今年不上漲，電費方面，國家能源（TENAGA,5347,主板貿服組）今年3月至6月平均降電費6%，惟重工業如頂級手套並不能享受這回扣。

馬銀行早前擔憂丁腈手套產能大增，可能打壓乳膠手套平均售價，然而從丁腈手套商瞭解，很多丁腈手套新產能已啟動並化為銷售，因此這類手套產能停滯的可能性低。

乳膠手套毛利為16%至17%，相比丁腈膠手套毛利為19%至20%。

頂級手套過去幾年凌厲擴張，近年採取較保守擴張步伐，每年限1至2廠擴張，或者年產能增5至10%；鑑於年需求增長達7%，且很多已委外生產，相信未來兩年將見新產能。

馬銀行也調高頂級手套利目標價，由4令吉60仙調至5令吉95仙，2016財政年本益比17倍。（星洲日報／財經）

顶级手套次季净利大增35%

（吉隆坡18日讯）顶级手套（TOPGLOV，7113，主顶级手套股价走势板工业股）2015財政年第2季（截至2月28日止）营业额虽然仅微增4%，从去年同期的5亿4827万令吉，增至5亿7224万令吉；然而，其净利却按年大增35%，从去年同期的4155万令吉，上升至5606万令吉。

同时，该公司2015財政年上半年净利，从2014財政年同期的9183万令吉，成长14%，至1亿零475万令吉；营业额则从去年同期的11亿2225万令吉，增加2%，至11亿3987万令吉。

顶级手套在文告中指出，天然乳胶手套和丁月青手套的高销售量，带动销售额上升。与2014財政年次季相比，上升了5.3%，而与去年上半年相比则上升4.5%。

文告也表示，美元走强对营业额及整体表现带来正面影响，加上较低的原料价格，有助抵销因去年无法转嫁给消费者的额外成本，如电费和天然气价格的调涨。

与去年次季相比，天然乳胶价格下跌24.8%，至每公斤3.63令吉，丁月青胶乳价格也下跌5.3%，至每公斤1.03美元。

谈及公司的表现，顶级手套主席丹斯里林伟才说，目前手套领域处在供应过剩的情况，然而顶级手套依然能够取得良好的业绩，因此看好2015年的表现。

文告提到，顶级手套新建的第29工厂已在今年2月投入运作，使到公司的总生產线增至484条，而年总產量提高至446亿只手套。

与此同时，预计在今年杪完成的波德申第27厂扩展计划、明年7月完成的泰国第6厂扩展计划、以及预计在明年9月完成的第30厂建设，將使该公司明年的总生產线提高至538条，以及每年总產量增至522亿只手套。

林氏补充，鉴於其业务规模，顶级手套也积极寻找相似及相关行业的併购机会，以扩展业务。该公司持有1亿4280令吉现金，保持良好的资產负债表。

谈到消费税，他表示，作为出口商，其產品属於零税率物品，顶级手套预料所实施的消费税制度不会直接影响其营运。

另一方面，顶级手套宣布，该公司独立非执行董事丹斯里林西彦博士及瑟克拉贾瑟卡兰荣休，因此该公司委任了2位新任女董事，分別是拿督诺丽帕和莎米拉。

展望未来，林伟才认为，隨著丁月青手套业务竞爭激烈及消费税引发的通货膨胀，市场將变得更具挑战性。然而，手套行业具有对经济不稳定的应变能力，加上先进和新兴市场对手套需求量持续上升，公司看好手套领域发展前景，估计將继续以每年5%至6%的速度增长。【东方网财经】

受惠美元走高‧頂級手套財測上調

（吉隆坡19日訊）頂級手套（TOPGLOV,7113,主板工業產品組）2015年首半年業績普遍符合預測，分析員認為，該公司未來擴張計劃雖比同業溫和，但可從美元走高中受惠，從而略為上調未來兩年淨利預測。

不過，目標價幾乎全線提高的利好，無法反映在股價走勢上，頂級手套今日略跌1仙，收5令吉19仙。該公司昨日休市公佈業績，推動股價上揚7仙。

艾畢斯研究將頂級手套2015年及2016年的淨利預測，分別上調15.8%及14%，主要是預期美元兌馬幣匯率走高，使未來季度的盈利表現更為強勁所致；肯納格研究將其2015年及2016年淨利預測，分別上調7.5%及7.8%。興業研究也將2015年至2017年的淨利預測，分別上調11%至15%。

大馬研究指出，頂級手套擴張產能計劃放緩，即2015年至2017年3年复合平均成長率5.3%，比較傳統成長率為10%，主要焦點放在改善營運效率以提高賺幅。這與其較早時的擴大產能策略有差異。

“該公司管理層也不排除併購，視此為擴展計劃的一部份。”

將通過併購擴大規模

安聯星展表示，除了內部成長外，頂級手套也會通過併購擴大規模，預料今年會收購1、2家公司，主要是較小規模的手套公司，及其他供應鏈公司如包裝原料及手套形成模等公司。
該行認為，頂級手套擴張計劃為行業中最為溫和，即它在2015至2016年僅增設1間新工廠及擴充兩家現有工廠，使2015年至2017年產量复合平均成長率僅達7%，一旦市場競爭加劇，賺幅受到擠壓，到時該公司可能缺乏所需產量以抵消低賺幅的衝擊。

令吉每贬1%推高盈利6% 顶级手套获利前景佳

（吉隆坡24日讯）令吉兑美元贬值有助手套业者获利增长，分析员认为，令吉每贬值1%，将有助顶级手套（TOPGLOV，7113，主板工业产品股）盈利推高5%至6%。

甫于日前公布上半年业绩表现的顶级手套，盈利表现唱好，备受分析员看好，更认为美元走强、原料价格走低，有利该公司获利增长。

大华继显研究指出，顶级手套在过去4个季度持续的改善产品素质，并提高生产效率已让该公司享受到成果，更取得跨国公司的新订单。

年均复增27%

“令吉兑美元贬值6%至3.71令吉，以美元计价的手套产品，将可推高公司营业额，令吉每贬值1%，将有助顶级手套盈利推高5%至6%。”

此外，该公司丁腈（nitrile）手套产能提高，也使得顶级手套在未来三年的可生产162亿只，年均复增率达27%。

联昌国际投行研究报告指出，顶级手套次季总手套销量扬5.3%，其中有粉乳胶手套（Powdered latexglove）销量增加14%，丁腈手套则扬15%。

截至2月28日次季，该公司净利按年扬34.9%，达5606万令吉；营业额按年起4.4%，报5.72亿令吉。

在上半年，该公司净利按年涨14%，报1.47亿令吉；营业额增长1.6%，报11.39亿令吉。

乳胶价续低迷

艾芬黄氏投行研究指出，顶级手套上半年业绩微高于预期，分析员因此将2015至2017财年的盈利预测，上调7%至9%。

此外，分析员也预期乳胶价格将持续疲软，因国际需求下滑。

在2月时，因气候影响产量，乳胶价格回扬至每公斤4.28令吉，但分析员认为，价格回扬仅属短期效应，相信乳胶价格将走缓至每公斤4令吉。

另一方面，该公司也计划在今年寻找合适的并购机会，今年或可完成1家或家公司的并购。

MIDF投资研究指出，顶级手套有意并购对公司有附加价值的业务，例如包装或手套生产工厂，进一步扩大市占率。【南洋网财经】

这家世界最大手套制造商创办人兼执行主席丹斯里林伟才表示，开发其他成长途径如产业是具意义的，因供应增长和成本提高正导致手套业面对进一步的利润压缩。

他指出：“举例而言，我们在吉隆坡和莎阿南拥有一些良好产业和土地资产。我们已经投资于许多土地，过去20年，我们产业投资的记录也非常优秀。”

顶级手套机构新旗舰建筑，即位于莎阿南Setia City的23层顶级手套大厦，反映出林伟才的想法。他说，顶级手套机构只会占用该大厦的2层，而其余则将会作出租用途。

该办公大楼的总14层楼的租赁面积为24万466平方尺，以及2层零售空间面积2万6564平方尺，其另外7层楼属于停车场。其土地和建筑成本达1亿4100万令吉。

该集团最近也以2030万令吉，买下位于该大楼毗邻的1.5英亩地段。

随着附近Setia City广场和莎阿南地区产业价格成长，林伟才相信，这幅新地段和上述大楼将成为长期的收益增值动力。

“现在这幅地段是一项投资。但它可在有需要时用作扩充用途。我们并不排除任何选择。”

除了顶级手套大厦，该集团的产业租赁包括The Icon@tun Razak、The Mines 2、PJD大厦的局部拥有权，以及Empire Subang的7层办公室空间。这些资产都坐落在巴生谷黄金地点，并拥有良好收益潜质。

与该集团截至2014年8月31日止财政年净盈利1亿8011万令吉比较，上述投资收入只占了1583万令吉。不过，林伟才有信心顶级手套大厦未来数年可为集团产业部门交出强劲的持续收入。

顶级手套大厦的租金收将从今年开始反映在投资收入上。基于产业成本1亿4100万令吉的6%假定回酬，租金收入达到850万令吉。

与此同时，投资者却未接受顶级手套机构的多元化商业组合。

积极的贺特佳有限公司（HARTA，5168，工业产品组）和高产尼品有限公司（KOSSAN，7153，工业产品组）都已大量投资以扩充它们的顶腈手套生产，后者提供更高的利润，并获得先进市场如美国和欧洲的青睐。

它们最终录得高于顶级手套机构的收益成长，后者也是4大手套制造商中第2小的丁腈手套生产商，而排名最后的是速柏玛机构（SUPERMX，7106，工业产品组）。

在同时间，顶级手套机构在中国的乙烯手套经营陷入问题，而进军印尼苏门答腊的橡胶种植则因目前商品供应过剩而受到批评。

林伟才认为，该集团从中国的艰难的教训获得学习，但指出，该部门在统一其于当地的工厂后，最近已经转亏为盈。

“当我们于12年前在当地开始时，一切都相当完美，而且我们拥有科技和资本竞争。但之后，竞争对手迅速迎头赶上。实际上，我们从中学习许多，现在，我们是其中一个把它们的技术转移回到马来西亚。”

林伟才澄清，顶级手套机构无意撤出其上游业务，即橡胶种植，但将降低在该园丘的持股。他说，问题不是土壤条件或种植经营，而是当地小园主的压力。

顶级手套机构在2012年斥资2200万令吉购入了Agro Pramata Sejahtera的95%股权，从而获得苏门答腊Palembang附近2幅面积3万773公顷土地的60年特许权，以种植橡胶树。

“我们研究让一名当地伙伴协助我们。最大的问题是，我们面对来自印尼对我们发展上述地段的一些阻力。”

在公司核心手套业务方面，林伟才重申，该集团无意缩小其乳胶部门，并指新兴市场拥有强劲需求。

与此同时，它将促进其丁腈手套产能，以获得更平衡的产品综合。目前，其产品综合企于70%乳胶、25%丁腈和5%乙烯。

“乳胶盈利利润仍然良好，因我们拥有一个支配的市场，乳胶专注价格处于低范畴。因此，利润基本上依旧相当稳定，而丁腈成长则会随着渐增的供应成长而趋降。”

他相信，顶级手套机构生产线的提升效率将足以抵消能源成本提高。尽管政府今年初延宕天然气价格的收费调涨，但它却是必然的，并将促使制造商面对利润和盈利突然缩小的弱势。

（吉隆坡15日讯）券商预计，顶级手套（TOPGLOV，7113，主板工业产品股）将受惠于营业额增长，以及比预期高的赚幅，因此，第三季净利有望超越预期。

顶级手套将在6月17日（周三），公布第三季业绩。

大华继显分析员表示，顶级手套增强生产线的举措，已开始奏效，赚幅料按季走扬。

基于8%至12%的营业额连续增长，加上赚幅表现比预期佳，分析员相信，该公司第三季净利将优于预期。

“按季而言，我们预计销量增长将攀抵低双位数增长，因F29厂房的产能已扬至30%，整体厂房使用率料企于75%至77%。”

分析员解释，销量主要由丁腈手套较高的认购率，以及客户重新囤货的举动所推动。

另外，美元走强，加上平均售价持稳，分析员看好，第三季营业额可按季增长8%至12%。

估值折价不合理

分析员了解到，在第三季的产品组合中，丁腈手套所占份额有所提高，而后者享有23%至24%的高赚幅，故有助于提升赚幅表现。

“丁腈手套的认购率攀扬，第三季的产品组合无疑更有利。”

而且，厂房使用率扬升，也能减少固定开销，降低每单位固定成本。

“公司早前致力于提升现有丁腈手套生产线的效率，也已反映在瑕疵品和停机维修次数减少的情况里。”

分析员预估，第三季赚幅料涨1至1.5个百分点，高于早前9.5%的预测。

该股的估值是2016财年本益比的13.4倍，与同行相比是大幅折价，分析员认为不合理。

同时，分析员也将2015至2017财年财测上修16%至21%，保持“买进”的投资评级，目标价格为6.92令吉。

顶级手套第3季业绩15年最佳

（巴生17日讯）顶级手套（Topglov，7113，主板工业股）今天公佈2015財政年第3季（截至5月31日止）的业绩报告，净利从去年同期的4237万令吉，增长70.6%，至7227万令吉。

与此同时，营业额也从5亿7340万令吉，增长15.2%，至6亿6119万令吉。这是集团於2001年3月在大马交易所上市后，15年以来最佳的业绩。

营业额按季涨15%

与2015財务年次季相比，该公司的税前盈利增长了44.5%，至1亿零60万令吉，与去年同季度相比则增长82.6%，並创新纪录。营业额按季也上升了15.6%，至6亿6120万令吉。

该公司的文告指出，2015財政年首9个月而言，该公司的税前盈利已超越了2014財政年全年业绩，而与2014財政年首9个月相比，也增长了37.2%，至2亿2920万令吉。

与上个財政年做比较，首9个月的净利上升了31.9%，至1亿7703万令吉。与去年同期相比，营业额上升了6.2%，至18亿令吉。

与上一季度和去年同季度相比，销售额上升了接近10%。这归功於乳胶手套和丁月青手套的需求量持续增加。集团正从自动化生產设施、手套质量以及生產线的改造和提升上获益。

另一个促使业绩增长的因素源自於更先进的工厂和更高效率的工厂运作。此外，美元走强和原材料价格降低，也有利於推动其盈利。与2015財政年次季相比，天然乳胶价格上升6%，至平均每公斤3.85令吉，而丁月青胶乳价格则下跌7%，至平均每公斤0.96美元。

续扩大手套產能

对於集团的表现，该公司董事主席丹斯里林伟才表示满意，这是集团歷年来最佳的业绩，也是手套行业內最佳的表现，证明了集团所进行的內部改进措施和战略性营销方案的有效性。
