馬股22隻中小資本股將於本月30日閉市後，被納入摩根士丹利資本國際（MSCI）大馬全球小資股指數中，而另4隻股項則被剔除。

這意味著有18隻中小資本股加入MSCI大馬全球小資股指數，成為新成員，反映馬股股項的流通性已改善，也凸顯馬股在外資眼中續有改善。

MSCI各指數是追隨指數走勢的指數基金指標，基金經理一般會根據有關指數，買進指數成份股。

新指數成份股
30日閉市後生效

大摩在週二發佈的每半年檢討報告中，公佈MSCI國際球小資股指數亞太區各市場成份股的變動名單。新指數成份股將於本月30日閉市後生效。

分析員指出，大摩調整指數成份股的行動雖對馬股衝擊不大，但也反映馬股在外資心中的份量越來越高。

他們說，摩指調整成份股，基本上是以有關股項的股票流通性和游資狀況為主要考量因素，因此整體影響不大。

新加入MSCI大馬全球小資股指數的是安利控股（AMWAY，6351）、安裕資源（ANNJOO，6556）、成功集團（BJCORP，3395）、成功置地（BJLAND，4219）、回教銀行（BIMB，5258）、合成（HAPSENG，3034）、錦記鋼鐵（KINSTEL，5060）。

雪州柏朗桑（KPS，5843）、金獅多元控股（LIONDIV，2887）、馬星集團（MAHSING，8583）、睦興旺工程（MUHIBAH，5703）、納因控股（NAIM，5073）、百利金國際（PELIKAN，5231）、聯熹（RANHILL，5030）、RB置地（RBLAND，5215）、沙布拉浪峰（SAPCRES，8575）、雪蘭莪實業（SPB，1783）。

升喜產業信托（STAREIT，5109）、雙威城（SUNCITY，6289）、貿易風種植（TWSPLNT，6327）、陳順風資源（TSH，9059）及聯合種植（UTDPLT，2089）。

安聯金融、科恩馬
大馬散裝貨運、MTD基建除名

被除名的是安聯金融（AFG，2488）、科恩馬集團（KNM，7164）、大馬散裝貨運（MAYBULK，5077）、及MTD基建（MTDINFR，9768）。

从本来的今年十二月延长到明年五月十四号

是个好消息来的，证明tanco的管理层确实有意脱去红衣

1. Introduction

The Board of Directors of THB wishes to announce that on 16 November 2007, THB and its following affected subsidiaries ("the Borrowers" have entered into a Facility Agreement with Lehman Brothers Commercial Corporation Asia Limited (Business Certificate Registration No. 10075782-000-09-07-0), a corporation incorporated in Hong Kong ("Lehman" wherein Lehman has agreed to provide and the Borrowers have agreed to accept a two (2) year term loan facilities with an aggregate principal amount of the United States Dollar ("US$" equivalent of Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Thirty-Nine Million and Six Hundred Thousand (RM239,600,000) only plus fees, reserves and expenses as required by Lehman of which the sum shall not exceed an aggregate sum of US$ equivalent to Ringgit Malaysia Sixty Million Four Hundred Thousand (RM60,400,000) ("the Facilities":-

(1) Palm Springs Development Sdn Bhd [Company No. 72160-X]
(2) Tanco Resorts Berhad [Company No. 237900-H]
(3) JKMB Development Sdn Bhd [Company No. 284683-H]
(4) Palm Springs Resort Management Berhad [Company No. 382001-H]
(5) Tanco Land Sdn Bhd [Company No. 251830-M]
(6) Popular Elegance (M) Sdn Bhd [Company No. 358335-K]
(7) Tanco Properties Sdn Bhd [Company No. 75902-X]
(8) Tanco Club Berhad [Company No. 219037-P]

2. The salient features of the Facility Agreement

The Facilities consists of the following :-

(1) a two (2) year term loan facilities with an aggregate principal amount of the United States Dollar equivalent of Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred and Thirty Nine Million Six Hundred Thousand (RM239,600,000) only ("Scheme Facilities", calculated with reference to the Spot Rate of Exchange as based on REUTERS page "ABSIRFIX01" on the relevant Drawdown Dates for the Loans under the Scheme Facilities, and

(2) the fees, reserves and expenses as required by Lehman on the Facilities;

made available by Lehman to the Borrowers pursuant to the Facility Agreement.

The Facilities will be utilised towards the following:-

(a) to each Borrower, in the amount that being the total aggregate amount required to settle in full all of its Existing Secured Debts to its Scheme Creditors pursuant to the Composite Scheme of which the details are as announced in our previous announcement dated 28 February 2005;

(b) to THB also the working capital for the Group and the Fees, Reserves and Expenses;

provided always that the total utilisation may not at any time exceed the amount available under the Facilities.


3. Financial effects in the acceptance of the Facilities

The acceptance of the Facilities will not have any impact on the share capital of THB but the Facilities will enable THB and its affected subsidiaries to settle all its Existing Secured Debts as mentioned in the Composite Scheme. As a result the net tangible assets per share of the Company and the Group are expected to have a positive impact following the settlement and its earnings per share for the period that the settlement takes place will similarly show a net exceptional gain arising from the waiver that the Group is securing from its Scheme Creditors.

4. Interests of Directors, Substantial Shareholders and Persons Connected to them

None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the acceptance of the Facilities.

Following the finalization of the Facilities, the Group will proceed to apply to the Kuala Lumpur High Courts of Malaya to sanction its Composite Scheme in due course.

This announcement is dated 19 November 2007.

今天的例外－－TANCO由于有好消息的补助[其实这个消息早前在TANCO狂舞中已经被消化了]－－TANCO带头的显著涨幅盖过了BJCORP[只是平仓]－DATAPRP[之前的剧烈跌势挽回少许]
