Came out from gurun tol,look for sik/jeniang.
After about 8km,look for sign board (wat kalai) on the left.there is a small police quarters at the junction.(if u miss the turn,u will come to a small town and bridge).
Turn left amd go strait,u will pass by wat kalai.
After wat kalai about 5km the 1st T junction turn left and go strait,u will see wat kura on the left.
The place is name kura,simply and people there and thetr shall be able to give u the right direction.

If you drive too fast and did not manage to turn into Wat Kalai Junction, you can go to Kampung begia Wat Thai charern(follow Begia sign)turn left into begia town and the wat is on the right hand side. or you can go strait until sik town and you will see Wat Cherok padang on the right hand side of the main road.

Wat  Thai charern is famous with it大法会,every 1st week of June there will be a wai kru ceremony 2 days before sifu will cook the medition oil(some kind like 金刚油)by chanting on top of the big wok until the oil boil.

Wat Cherok padang is famous with it bottle built building. This sifu is also good in flower bath

Wat kalai is famous with PT Bao. Every time after he chanted the water will be puor at the pomegranate tree at the temple, eventually people has made the seed as takrut and it is very effective. The seeds is even proven effective after PT pass away, but unfortunately the tree is no more now.
Luckily i get 1 from a senior 15 years ago.

Correction
After wat kalai 5km there is a T junction for RIGHT turn,not left turn

Yes,it is.
I am going back kedah on 8/3 as well,will be visiting wat kura on saturday or sunday.
You can still donate to wat for an amulet in return,flower bath or thambun.

Where will you be on saturday?i means which part of kedah.dont mind to bring you along,if u drive would be better.
