两个问题：
（1）名词问题：writing 是不可数名词，没有复数，就因为这“一点”的分别，牵涉到其他很多词跟着改变......这就是英文。
（2）介词问题：字写在纸“上”，应该用 on。

正确答案，这个句子里的 trouble 是不可数名词。
我们和我们的银行之间一直面对很多的问题。

句子没有语法问题，但把原来句子的意思改了。
We've had ... = 我们一直有... 从过去某个时候开始到现在一直都有..... 现在还有，（或者刚刚才解决了）。
We had ... = 我们过去有... 过去的某个时候我们有...... 现在没有了，已成过去。
