土耳其货币贬值 大马上市公司冲击微小

(吉隆坡8日讯)土耳其货币里拉近期的贬值,预期对在该国有业务的大马上市公司的业绩,不会带来明显冲击。

土耳其国内政治紧张局势升温,加上全球市场因美联储削减购债规模、外资在多个新兴市场撤离而震荡,导致里拉汇率直线下坠。

里拉兑换1美元的汇率,从去年11月的2.00,贬值至今年1月27日的2.339最低水平,跌幅高达16.9%。

但经过土耳其央行的升息扶持后,该汇率已有所回弹,截至2月7日闭市,里拉兑换1美元逐步回升至2.218的水平。

外国货币的贬值,无疑将对在当地有业务的大马公司,带来某种程度的冲击。

大马机场:当地零贡献

至于在土耳其持有伊斯坦布尔Sabiha Gokcen国际机场60%股权的大马机场,该股近日的股价表现虽然也是走跌,但一般认为是被疲弱大市,以及吉隆坡第二国际机场(klia2)出现再度延迟启用的风险所拖累。

有分析员曾表示,Sabiha Gokcen国际机场因需负担高利息开支和特许经营权折旧费用,仍处于亏损状态。

而大马机场已停止该业务的入账贡献,因为累计亏损已超过所投入的资本,因此,目前来自Sabiha Gokcen国际机场的贡献为零。【南洋网财经】

传亚航马印航空未获准装修 klia2 能如期启用?

(吉隆坡13日讯)虽然交通部确认吉隆坡第二国际机场(klia2)会在5月2日开业,但亚洲航空(AIRASIA,5099,主板贸服股)和马印航空(Malindo)的承包商仍未获准开始装修工程。

《The Edge》财经日报引述消息人士指,亚洲航空(AIRASIA,5099,主板贸服股)至少需要3个月完成约2000平方尺,包括票务办事处、失物招领处,以及停机坪服务的装修工程。

消息称,装修工程应该在去年12月开始,但工程暂缓,仍等候大马机场(AIRPORT,5014,主板贸服股)进一步指示。

大马机场在上个月未获得总承包商UEM-高峰控股联营公司的主航站大楼完工及符合证/房屋竣工证书(简称CCC)。

亚航集团总执行长丹斯里东尼费南德斯受访时表示,亚航仍未准备好把机队和营运迁至该处。

询及是否对klia2工程进度和安全满意,他在简讯中回复:“我们怎么搬?完全没有讯息。我们不知道是否安全。”

另一方面,马印航空总执行长詹德兰则认为,公司的营运不会因为迁至新机场而受影响,主要因为公司所占用的空间不如亚航般大。

“我们收到机场的信函,让我们很快可以开始装修工程。”

他表示,公司承包商可在6至7周内可完成装修工程,并基于马印航空规模还小,预计在几天内就可迁至klia2。【南洋网财经】

大马机场拟派息5.78-6.35仙

(吉隆坡14日讯)大马机场(AIRPORT,5014,主板贸服股)宣布,为截至去年12月31日财年,派发每股5.78仙至6.35仙的单层终期股息。

文告中指出,该公司共将派发7884万令吉的股息,但因在去年12月23日宣布私下配售10%股本予第三方投资者,因此私配股量将影响股息的派发幅度。

若是在股息的截止过户日前,公司未发行私配新股,意味着将派发每股6.35仙股息,反之则为5.78仙。

同时,大马机场也将启动股息再投资计划,提供股东将股息投资于新股的机会,相关的享有权益日和发售价将在之后宣布。【南洋网财经】

- PROPOSED FINAL DIVIDEND
The Board of Directors of MAHB (“Board”) is pleased to announce that the Company has on 13 February 2014 proposed a final single-tier dividend of up to 6.35 sen* per ordinary share of MAHB (“Share”) but not less than 5.78 sen* per Share (“Dividend”) in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2013, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming annual general meeting to be convened (“AGM”) (“Shareholders’ Approval”).

The Board had also determined that the dividend reinvestment plan (“DRP”) will apply to the entire Dividend which will provide the shareholders of the Company with the option to reinvest the Dividend into new Shares.

Other than the Shareholders’ Approval, the implementation of the DRP is subject to the Company obtaining the following:
(a) approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd (“Bursa Securities”) for the listing of and quotation for the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the implementation of the DRP on the Main Market of Bursa Securities;
(b) shareholders’ approval at the AGM with regards to the renewal of the authority to allot and issue new Shares for the purpose of the implementation of the DRP; and
(c) approval from other relevant authorities, if required.

The dates of entitlement and payment of the Dividend, and the issue price of the new Shares arising from the implementation of the DRP will be announced at a later date.

Note:
* On 23 December 2013, the Company has announced the proposed private placement of up to 10% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of the Company, to investor(s) to be identified at an issue price to be determined and announced later ("Proposed Private Placement"). The total quantum of the Dividend is RM78.84 million. In the event none of the new Shares under the Proposed Private Placement (“Placement Shares”) are issued by the books closure date for the Dividend ("BCD"), the Dividend would be 6.35 sen per Share. 政府砸7亿建新航空管理系统中心

(吉隆坡18日讯)为了应对越来越大的民航需求,政府將耗资约7亿令吉,在9月或10月开始在吉隆坡国际机场(KLIA)建造新的航空管理系统中心,並预料將在2018年竣工。完成后,更高效率的民航系统將为大马创造更大的经济效益。       

民航局总监拿督阿兹哈鲁丁週二在MIDF投行举办的《大马新航空管理系统》讲座上披露,该局目前正在敲定招標详情,並预料將在3月或4月开放竞標,以建造新的航空管理系统中心,取代目前位於雪州梳邦机场、已使用长达20年的系统中心。

这项工程是首相兼財政部长拿督斯里纳吉在去年10月宣布2014年財政预算案的其中一项措施。阿兹哈鲁丁表示,儘管纳吉当时宣布7亿令吉的预算,但经过更详细的评估后,预料成本可进一步降低。

阿兹哈鲁丁指出,更有效率的航空系统將有利於国家经济,例如在2009年,每10亿令吉的国內生產总值(GDP)就有2.2亿令吉归功于大马的航空连结性。

目前,吉隆坡国际机场在高峰时期,每2分钟就有1架飞机起落,航空系统显得越来越拥挤,难以应付2015年东盟经济一体化后將带来的高需求。

至於梳邦机场,阿兹哈鲁丁称该机场不仅將持续运作,而且隨著更多航空公司申请飞往该处的航线,梳邦机场预料將变得越来越繁忙。他也透露,大马机场(AIRPORT,5014,主板贸服股)计划扩建梳邦机场。

询及目前仍盛传將展延启用的第二吉隆坡国际机场(KLIA2),阿兹哈鲁丁表示,目前仍由交通部长拿督斯里希山慕丁对外公佈的5月2日启用日期为准,而民航局官员目前正在检查机场设施,以批准大马机场让各大航空公司使用该机场。【东方网财经】

拟私下配售新股 马机场集资近10亿

(吉隆坡21日讯)大马机场控股有限公司(AIRPORT,5014,贸易服务组)计划出售总值约3亿美元(9亿9210万令吉)的新股,或相等于现有10%股票资本,以融资扩充用途。

2名直接了解上述事项的银行家透露:“这项将透过私下配售方式进行的交易,是在印度GMR集团同意,以3亿1000万美元代价,卖出在伊斯坦堡Sabiha Gokcen机场全部40%股权予大马机场控股后提出。”

“它们预料将在下个月初展开配售。”

据消息来源披露,联昌投资银行将涉及这项交易。

大马机场控股和联昌投资银行官员都未对上述消息作出评论。

拥有国营投资者国库控股作为主要股东之一的大马机场控股,已经积极扩充海外,旗帜下现拥有4座国际机场,包括印度2座、及马尔代夫和土耳其各一座。

Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad ("MAHB") - Additional Information on Audited Financial Statements 2013.
We refer to the above matter.

We enclose herewith additional information on the Audited Financial Statements 2013 disclosed in the Annual Report 2013 which was announced earlier.

MAHB outperformed its financial headline key performance indicator ("KPI") for the financial year ended 31 December 2013 (“FY2013”) by achieving an EBITDA of RM827.5 million (without construction revenue and cost), 10.2% higher than its target. This achievement is better than expected as the passenger number marked the highest growth in the past twenty years.

However, there is a decline in the Profit after tax (“PAT”) driven by higher total costs mainly attributed by higher user fee, staff costs, repair and maintenance costs.

The total user fee payable to the Government for FY2013 grew by 139.8% to RM237.8 million compared to RM99.2 million recorded in the financial year ended 31 December 2012 (“FY2012”). Previously, the amount of user fee that has been recognised in the income statement represents half of the total user fee payable to the Government of Malaysia, while the other half is to reduce the amount due for the Balance Residual Payment arising from MAHB’s restructuring exercise which was completed in February 2009. Upon the full settlement of the Balance Residual Payment in April 2013, the user fee is now fully recognised in the income statement.

The increase in staff cost was mainly due to the following items:
  • Under provision for FY2012 bonus being adjusted in FY2013 amounting to RM9.1 million;
  • Additional bonus for FY2013 amounting to RM45.6 million (for comparison, bonus pool for FY2013 is 3.6 months compared to 2.5 months for FY2012);
  • 5% to 6% salary increment amounting to RM21.5 million; and
  • Additional recruitment (mainly for klia2 requirement, where at least 80% of total klia2 staff has been recruited) amounting to RM12.5 million.


The loss in share of results of associates widen from RM17.5 million in FY2012 to RM39.4 million in FY2013 due to the following reasons:
  • No recognition of share of profit from GMR Male International Airport ("Male Airport") as the asset was written off in FY2012 due to the termination of concession agreement between Government of Maldives and the consortium (Share of Male Airport’s profit for FY2013 was RM0.0 million; while for FY2012 was RM26.1 million); and
  • MAHB had to further absorb RM44.7 million losses in Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport (“ISG”) in FY2013 as compared to RM47.6 million in FY2012 as MAHB had provided further financial guarantee to financial institution for additional credit facilities granted to ISG.

廉航終站的兩倍 傳KLIA 2徵RM65服務費

(吉隆坡3日訊)分析員指出,倘若第2吉隆坡國際機場(KLIA 2)維持與吉隆坡國際機場(KLIA)相同的65令吉國際乘客服務費(PSC),預計會流失更多客戶和資金。

“馬來西亞局內人”新聞網站報導,新機場管理層指出,新機場國際乘客服務費或定為65令吉,是目前吉隆坡廉價航空終站(LCCT)的兩倍,后者目前為32令吉。

一名熟知內幕的分析員說:“在與分析員的會議上,他們(公司管理層)表示服務費可能定在65令吉,因這有助公司更快的從新機場中回本。”

“對廉航而言,在擁擠的吉隆坡廉航終站度過了艱難的一年,新機場的高服務稅,使廉航服務稅水平推至與全方位服務航空相同。遊客或選擇全方位服務航空公司。”

大馬主要機場皆由大馬機場控股(AIRPORT,5014,主要板貿易)營運。

業內人士指出,高服務費將成為大馬人旅遊的障礙,也影響計劃在今年大馬旅遊年前往大馬旅遊的外國遊客。

(吉隆坡4日訊)第2吉隆坡國際機場(KLIA 2)維持與吉隆坡國際機場(KLIA)相同的國際乘客服務費(PSC),料將進一步打擊新機場遊客數量,再加上發新股買印度機場,兩大消息拖累大馬機場控股(AIRPORT,5014,主要板貿易)盤中猛跌20仙。

另外,大馬機場控股今日向馬證交所報備,公司私下配售的新股,每股售價定為7.90令吉。

大馬機場控股以8.38令吉開市,半小時后大跌20仙至8.18令吉。休市時,該股下滑16仙,掛在8.22令吉;半日成交量136萬3400股。

午盤,該股跌幅續收窄,尾盤在投資者趁低扯購下回揚3仙,閉市報8.41令吉,成交量516萬100股。

據早前報導,新機場管理層透露,新機場國際乘客服務費或定為65令吉,是目前吉隆坡廉價航空終站(LCCT)的兩倍,后者目前為32令吉。

澄清仍由承包商监管 大马机场未接收klia2

(吉隆坡4日讯)大马机场(AIRPORT,5014,主板贸服股)澄清,在发出实际竣工证书(CPC)之前,吉隆坡第二国际机场(klia2)目前还在主要承包商的监管下,尚未正式转交给大马机场。

大马机场针对《商业时报》上周末报道指,主要承包商已在2月28日,完成并转交吉隆坡第二国际机场给前者一事,于今日发布文告做出上述澄清。

“在发出CPC之前,该机场必须符合并取得完工及符合证/房屋竣工证书(简称CCC),而且所有工程必须符合列明在合约内的要求。”

大马机场也表示,为配合在今年5月2日启用期,加上该机场已获得了消拯部的消防和安全条例认证,所以会允许零售商、政府机构和航空公司开始进行装潢工作。

仍在处理排污系统

“目前,主要承包商正在处理排污系统工作,以如期在今年4月获得CCC。与其同时,营运准备及机场移交(ORAT)测试也在进行当中。”

不过,在原定计划下,ORAT测试原是计划在取得CCC之后,耗时3个月进行。

该主要承包商乃是UEM建筑私人有限公司和高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑股)所成立的联营公司。

私配每股定价RM7.90

另一方面,大马机场宣布,已于3日(周一)将私下配售的配售价定在每股7.90令吉,以筹集9亿7999万5000令吉。

此发售价相等于5天交易量加权平均价格(VWAP)的4.3%折价。

相较于周一8.38令吉的闭市价,则是折价5.7%。

根据大马机场之前的文告,配合此私下配售活动,将发出1亿2405万股新股,相等于缴足股本的10%。

处初步阶段 成本近20亿 传隆国际机场增建卫星楼

(吉隆坡7日讯)消息透露,大马机场(AIRPORT,5014,主板贸服股)计划为吉隆坡国际机场(KLIA)建立另一栋卫星大楼,但一切还停留在初步阶段。

消息指出,该卫星大楼将在吉隆坡第二国际机场(klia2)完工后提出。

据了解,有关卫星大楼将共有超过30闸口个,可以应付2500万名乘客,初步估计成本近20亿令吉。

此外,将有一条铁路连接主航大楼,与吉隆坡国际机场原有卫星大楼相似。

消息人士对《星报》表示,目前这项计划还处于初步阶段,但在原有卫星大楼流量快速增长下,他们需要在出现完全拥挤情形前,提早规划。
设有4栋卫星大楼

根据原有计划,吉隆坡国际机场应设有4栋卫星大楼,每栋大楼服务2500万名乘客,总共为1亿名。

消息人士表示,他们或计划将其中一栋大楼,给寰宇一家(Oneworld)联盟成员使用。

去年,大马机场共处理4000万人次的乘客,当中2500万人次来自吉隆坡国际机场,1500万人次来自廉航终站。

15年前,政府共斥资100亿令吉发展吉隆坡国际机场,以应付2500万人次的乘客;大马机场在在吉隆坡第二国际机场共投入40亿令吉,以应付4500万人次乘客。

至于大马机场正致力于赶在5月2日,让吉隆坡第二国际机场得以正式投入商业营运。

尽管吉隆坡第二国际机场还未取得完工及符合证/房屋竣工证书(简称CCC),在负责该大楼安全证明的6个单位当中,已有5个单位通过。【南洋网财经】

(古晋12日讯)大马机场(AIRPORT,5014,主板贸服股)主席丹斯里旺阿都阿兹表示,公司会致力于吸引国际旅客和更多航空公司到砂拉越。

他日前出席“Networking and Routes大奖”时表示,大马机场将确保古晋国际机场,在各方面都能达到乘客与航空公司的条件。

出席者也包括砂州旅游部长拿督斯里阿邦佐哈里。

旺阿都阿兹表示:“如果未能超越,大马机场会确保古晋机场至少能达到全球机场的营运标准。”

古晋主办“2014年Routes Asia会议与展览”,这是亚洲航空公司与机场营运公司的年度盛事。

旺阿都阿兹表示,“Routes Asia”对本地航空领域而言,是个很大的平台,为州政府、大马机场和其他利益相关者推动航空领域,随着航空服务活动更开放,推广旅游业。

DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN THAT PROVIDES THE SHAREHOLDERS OF MAHB THE OPTION TO ELECT TO REINVEST THEIR CASH DIVIDEND INTO NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF RM1.00 EACH IN MAHB (“NEW SHARES”) (“DRP”)
We refer to the announcements dated 14 February 2014, 25 February 2014 and 5 March 2014 in respect of the DRP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

Following the Company’s annual general meeting held on 20 March 2014 to, inter-alia, authorise MAHB to allot and issue the New Shares, on behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Board has approved the following matters:

(a) that the issue price for the New Shares (“Issue Price”), which was fixed today (“Price Fixing Date”), is RM7.23 per New Share. The Issue Price was computed based on the volume-weighted average market price for the five market days (up to and including 19 March 2014) prior to the Price Fixing Date of approximately RM8.09 and thereafter deducting the Dividend of 5.78 sen per MAHB Share before applying a discount of approximately 10%; and

旅游年激励航空业扩充 大马机场搭客看涨9.7%

(吉隆坡20日讯)大马机场(AIRPORT,5014,主板贸服股)迎来更多新航空公司,加上本地航空业者持续扩充,预期今年乘客量将增长高达9.7%。

大马机场今天举行股东常年大会后发出文告,指今年为大马旅游年,游客量必定倍增,加上航空公司扩充座位容量,足以成为大马机场的增长动力。

大马机场主席丹斯里旺阿都阿兹说:“我们大马机场如今处于高速档,而吉隆坡第二国际机场(klia2)即将开张,我们的零售臂膀也可从中获益。”

大马机场指,去年有7家外国航空公司开始在大马营运。

该公司指出,马航(MAS,3786,主板贸服股)及亚洲航空集团,也持续带动乘客量增长,而马印航空(Malindo Air)今年预计也会推出新航线。

马航去年2月加入寰宇一家(One World Alliance),带动吉隆坡国际机场的搭客量,料继续支撑乘客量增长。

此外,大马机场旗下39个机场去年乘客量增长18.4%,超越原本预期的7.1%,共计7960万人次。

派息5.78仙大马机场宣布,随着在本月12日完成私下配售活动后,该公司决定为截至2013年12月31日止财年,派发每股5.78仙终期股息。

该公司向马交所报备,它于今年2月14日曾宣布献议派发最高6.35仙终期股息,但在配售活动完成后,股息因而定在5.78仙。

klia2工程符合进度

大马机场重申,klia2的承包商确认最后阶段工程的进展符合预期,并会在4月取得建筑落成与完工证(CCC)。

因此,klia2将可在今年5月2日如期开张。

大马机场今天也公布新愿景和策略,为2015年至2020年做好准备,走向增长与业务规划的新阶段。

公司重新定位“领先全球创造机场城镇”的愿景,其中相关策略包括让客户感到满意、建立成功伙伴关系、提供全面运输和数码连通、加速与多元化非航空基础,以及援助环境与社群。【南洋网财经】

小股东大权利:大马机场胸有成竹

这一天我在吉隆坡国际机场的SAMA-SAMA酒店开会,就是大马机场(AIRPORT)的股东大会,也是许多记者的聚焦,每天等待当局发表飞机失踪最新进展的地方。

虽然有些人关心飞机事件对大马机场会否带来灾难性的影响,不过,更多股东关心吉隆坡第二国际机场(klia2)的工程进展。

我们的印象,随着时间变得模糊,总觉得这个klia2施工了很久,怎么一直没有完工,而且,工程费用由一开始的20亿令吉变成40亿令吉,予人执行任务差劲的感觉。

解释klia2超支原因

出席了这次会议,才知道,董事部对此有不同的看法。

原来,20亿令吉变成40亿令吉,并不是工程的严重超支,而是整个工程的规格和标准经过大幅度的更改,导致施工成本的增加。

此外,董事部郑重说明,延期只发生了一次,即本来在2013年6月28日完工,延后至2014年5月2日。

不管股东如何怀疑,或者关怀,董事部一副稍安勿躁的样子,胸有成竹的请股东放心,5月2日klia2铁定开张。

以大马人一向对官方宣布将信将疑(喔,听说4月1日支票征收50仙的服务费的措施已延迟进行了),股东当然是看你怎样变把戏,不要话说满了,到时丢人现眼。

欢迎股东拜访值得表扬

不过,另一方面,董事部也以开放的方式,欢迎股东来拜访公司,并承诺将会安排说明会及机场参观,让股东了解公司的日常操作,希望股东踊跃报名。

这的确是值得表扬的。

我们觉得,公司适时和股东互动,举办说明会或安排股东参观公司,值得鼓励,因为一般上小股东并不了解公司运作,通过这些活动来了解公司,对是否继续投资在公司扮演着正面的角色。

比较大型的公司,其投资公关部更扮演举足轻重的角色,促进小股东对公司的了解,体会公司释放的善意,进而产生归宿感,值得深入探讨。【南洋网财经】

增購土耳其ISGA至60%&#8231;大馬機場加強成長潛能

(吉隆坡27日訊)大馬機場(AIRPORT,5014,主板貿服組)以2億2千500萬歐元(10億令吉),收購土耳其伊斯坦堡的薩比哈格克琴國際機場(ISGA)40%股權,使總持股增至60%,豐隆研究預期大馬機場將從搭客迅速增長受惠,看好這項收購所釋放的價值。

大馬機場增購I S G A機場股權這項收購由私下配售行動融資;大馬機場配售10%或1億2千405萬股或每股7令吉90仙籌集9億8千萬令吉。

豐隆認為上述收購價合理,ISGA機場將從土耳其蓬勃旅遊業受益;根據或聯合國旅遊組織(UNWTO),土耳其是全球排名第六的熱門旅遊國,2012年吸引3千570萬旅客觀光。

ISGA機場的乘客年容量達3千萬人次,過去8年(2005年至2013年)搭客年均複合增長率達43.8%,使用率達62%,預計3年後便全面使用而需繼續再擴展。

土耳其政府投資13億美元(43億令吉)建3千500公尺新跑道和空運控制塔,預期2015年建竣,屆時每年可容納搭客7千萬人次。

大馬機場收購行動帶來成長潛能,豐隆維持財測不變,給予“買進”評級,目標價因加入ISGA機場的利惠,由9令吉75仙調高至10令吉55仙。

大馬機場目前的風險是世界危機(戰爭或流行疫症蔓延)、第二機場繼續延後和新檳高鐵的發展。

不過,大馬機場還是處於有利第地位,因為壟斷大馬機場業務,是2014年旅遊年主要受惠和業務受油價和匯率波動影響不大。

伊斯坦堡目前有兩機場,其一是服務歐洲的阿塔托克(ATATURK)或簡稱ATT機場,大馬機場持股的ISGA機場屬於亞洲;ISGA於2010年發展,原計劃年搭客量3千萬人次,並協助紓緩ATT機場搭客量;ATT原設計容納4千萬人次,目前已處理5千130萬人次。

土耳其目前仍有發展空間的是ISGA機場,ATT機場因土地局限發展,現有班機時而因此面臨延宕,這ISGA將從旅客增長受惠。

ISGA機場虧損收窄

從營運與財務觀點看,ISGA於2013年虧損收窄至5千500萬歐元(2億5千萬令吉),前期淨虧1億餘歐元(5億令吉)。核心業務為酒店的LGM,2012年淨利由20餘萬歐元倍增至42萬餘歐元。

在ISGA機場內,土耳其廉航佩魯甲(PEG)過去8月搭客複合年增長率31.7%,目前在ISGA國內外搭客各佔65%與67%,今年機位將成長20%。

豐隆對土耳其新機場(第三座)的建成,是否威脅ISGA地位不表擔心,因為各機場用途不同。而且,新機場可能遭受延宕,直至2019年才可正式營運,預測今明後年ISGA搭客將以28%、25%與20%成長。(星洲日報/財經&#8231;報道:張啟華)
