（吉隆坡22日讯）面粉和谷类营业额攀涨，加上家禽业务赚幅走扬，推动马面粉（MFLOUR，3662，主板消费产品股）截至6月30日次季净利扬54.6%，达1356万5000令吉。

次季，该公司营业额涨3.4%，报5亿6380万令吉。

上半年净利劲扬93.2%，达3670万令吉；营业额攀7.2%，报11亿4318万令吉。

虽然全球经济环境持续不稳定，原产品价格和外汇依旧波动，但该公司仍乐观看待本财年表现。【南洋网财经】

馬麵粉廠 第3季獲利2643萬

（吉隆坡5日訊）家禽養殖業務表現欠佳，導致馬麵粉廠（MFLOUR，3662，主要板消費）第3季營業額按年微跌6%至5億6925萬令吉，錄得淨利2643萬令吉。

截至9月底第3季，該公司淨利按年成長6%至2643萬令吉，每股收益從上財年同期 4.63仙增至4.91仙。

馬證交所報備文件指出，總結首9個月業績表現，該公司受惠于麵粉及穀貿易業務銷量增加帶動，營業額按年增加2%至17億1243萬令吉，淨利則增長43%，報6313萬令吉。

不過同期股息每股3仙，則較上財年同期的每股9仙來得低。

該公司指出，家禽養殖業務因合約轉手問題所致，第3季營業額大跌26%，拖累第3季業績表現，但其實此業務的營運盈利是有所改善的。

馬麵粉廠展望未來，儘管全球經濟仍持續不穩定，原產品價格及外匯波動大，但相信在此競爭的市場里，公司仍可取得不俗的業績。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡22日讯）马面粉厂有限公司（MFLOUR，3662，消费产品组）公布，在截至2015年3月31日止第1季度，所取得的税前利润按年从3079万令吉暴泻至1186万令吉。

该集团致函大马交易所说，今次毛利下跌归咎于面粉、谷物和家禽饲料贸易中所取得的赚幅较低，加上联营公司遭受亏损所致。

该联营公司出现亏损，主要是产品赚幅欠佳，以及印尼盾兑美元汇价疲弱。

它称：“这导致出现一笔总值达380万美元的未实现外汇亏损。”

至于营业额也由前期的5亿7940万令吉下降4%至5亿5610万令吉，主要是家禽综合业务销售额下降。

展望未来，尽管受到全球经济环境不确定，导致商品价格和外汇汇率出现波动，不过该集团预期今年的表现将会较去年佳。【东方网财经】

（吉隆坡7日讯）马面粉厂有限公司（MFLOUR，3662，消费产品组）截至6月杪的2015财年次季净利下滑6%至1270万令吉，上财年次季净赚1357万令吉，归咎于净利息成本走高和联营公司蒙亏。

马面粉厂在一项文告中指出，联营公司蒙亏主要是产品赚幅欠佳，以及印尼盾兑美元疲弱所致。

与此同时，鉴于家禽一体化业务销量走低，马面粉厂次季营业额也由上财年同季的5亿6380万令吉，下跌5%至5亿3556万令吉。

此外，马面粉厂也宣布派发每股2仙的单层中期股息，派息日定于9月4日，除权日则为8月19日。

综合现财年上半年的业绩表现，马面粉厂合共两季净赚1810万令吉，上财年同期净利共计3670万令吉，主要是面粉、谷粮、家禽一体化业务的赚幅走低，外加净利息成本走低和联营公司蒙亏所致。

合共两季营业额报10亿9000万令吉，上财年同期营业额报11亿4000万令吉，按年下滑4%。

馬麵粉廠發行1200萬股 向霹農業發展機構租2地

（怡保21日訊）馬麵粉廠（MFLOUR，3662，主要板消費）以股票交換方式向霹靂州農業發展機構（SADC）租賃2段面積達664.96畝土地，作為擴充現有業務用途。

該公司主席丹斯里艾薩今天在記者會說，公司將以每股1.29令吉的優惠方式發出1200萬股給農業發展機構作土地租賃用途，農業發展機構將峇都烏丹200畝，及昔加里巴西班讓464.96畝的土地租給馬麵粉廠。

他說，目前在紅土坎農場將遷至新地點作綜合式經營，包括現代化的戶內經營、減少環境和蒼蠅污染、更好的通風設備及擴建該廠位于紅土坎峇都烏丹碼頭，讓更大的船隻靠岸，工程在2017年竣工。

投資5億擴充

他說，馬麵粉廠旗下家禽養殖公司（Dindings Poultry Development Centre Sdn Bhd）將在該地段擴充業務，以提高家禽產量和肉類加工業，總投資達5億令吉。

“公司將分散在各地農場遷往新地段，發展為綜合農，並通過控室溫度抑制病菌，減少使用抗生素，讓禽類健康成長。”

霹靂州農業發展機構總執行長拿督阿末里查說，馬麵粉廠的投資也製造無數就業機會，也帶動週遭的經濟發展。

較早前，霹州務大臣拿督斯里贊比里和州秘書拿督斯里阿都布哈，也見證州農業發展機構和馬麵粉廠簽署這項土地租賃協議。【中国报财经】

INTRODUCTION The Board of Directors of MFM (“Board”) wishes to announce that on 29 December 2015, PSADC and DPDC had entered into a supplemental agreement to vary the terms and           condition to the lease agreement entered into between PSADC and DPDC on 21 October 2015 in relation to the Proposed Leasing of Lands 2 (”Lease                                                 Agreement 2”) (“Supplemental  Agreement”) as provided below. 2.SALIENT TERMS OF THE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT    PSADC and DPDC hereby agree to vary the terms and conditions to the Lease Agreement 2 by removing the condition precedent as stated in Section 2.2.2 (i)(b) of the                      announcement dated 21 October 2015 which is stated below:    “PSADC is to change the category of land use to “Syarat Ternakan Ayam” from the relevant authority or any restrictions in express or implied affecting the same and upon the terms    and conditions contained in the Lease Agreement 2 for the development order at DPDC’s costs”    Notwithstanding the above, PSADC undertakes to change the category of land use of the said lands to “Syarat Ternakan Ayam” from the relevant authority or any restrictions in          express or implied affecting the same and upon the terms and conditions contained herein for the development order at DPDC’s costs within twelve (12) to twenty four (24) months      from the date of the Lease Agreement 2 subject to any further mutual extensions in the event that PSADC is unable to do so within the said time period.    Following the execution of the Supplemental Agreement, all the conditions precedent under the Lease Agreement, Lease Agreement 2 and SSA have been fulfilled on 30 December    2015.    3. ALLOTMENT OF SPECIAL SHARE AND MFM SHARES TO PSADC     In addition to the above, the Board wishes to announce that one (1) unit of Special Share and 12,010,930 MFM Shares have been allotted to PSADC on 28 December 2015 and 30       December 2015 respectively, as the settlement of the Consideration for the Proposed Transactions. 4. COMPLETION      The Board is pleased to announce that the Proposed Transactions have been completed following the fulfillment of the conditions precedent in the Lease Agreement, Lease                Agreement 2 and SSA, respectively and the settlement of the Consideration for the Proposed Transactions. 5.  DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION      The Supplemental Agreement is available for inspection at the Company’s registered office at 22nd Floor, Wisma MCA, 163 Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur during normal            office hours from Mondays to Fridays (except on public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.      This announcement is dated 31 December 2015.
