冀5年内增加一倍 沿海工程市值达50亿

（吉隆坡8日讯）砂拉越造船与岸外支援船经营商沿海工程有限公司（COASTAL，5071，工业产品组），将积极拓展在石油与天然气上游领域的参与，并希望可在未来5年内，倍增其市值达到至少50亿令吉。
执行主席黄振兴表示：“我们将拥有和经营一座自升式天然气压缩服务单位，以及2座自升式钻油井。一旦为这3项岸外资产赢得承租合约，我们的市值将可达到上述水平。”
“我拥有许多大规模扩充计划以加强我们的上游业务。这些计划的价值将比我们进行中任何计划都庞大。”
从一年前约2.60令吉，沿海工程股价在上周五已经扬升到5.03令吉，使其市值达到26亿7000万令吉。
也是沿海工程主要创办人兼持有44.7%股权大股东的黄振兴称：“之前，许多人认为我们的股项只是属于投机，同时不看好我们的商业模式。现在，随着我们的扩充计划落实，我不认为现有股价过于昂贵。基于我们的50亿令吉目标市值，每股股价将可达到10令吉左右。”
虽然如此，他说，10令吉股价或50亿令吉市值只是一个内部目标，也是管理层努力拼搏以达成的目标。
在今年2月杪，沿海工程进军岸外生产方案领域，赢得一份12亿4000万令吉承租合约，以提供一座自升式天然气压缩服务单位，协助墨西哥国营石油公司在墨西哥湾Cantarell油田的操作。
这份承租合约为期8年，并拥有长达12年的延长选择权。
黄振兴透露，上述耗资2亿1500万美元（6亿8400万令吉）建造自升式天然气压缩服务单位的承租合约，将带来超过15%的内部回酬率。
自升式天然气压缩服务单位预料将在2015年第2季移交，并于2015下半年开始为集团收支平衡带来贡献。其由2016年开始的预测盈利将介于每年3000万至4000万令吉。
沿海工程于截至2013年12月杪财政年的净盈利达1亿5120万令吉，分析师预计，这个数字将在2014和15财政年分别成长至1亿9400万令吉和2亿2480万令吉。
黄振兴指出：“我们放眼长期合约，如我们自升式天然气压缩服务单位所获得的一样。对我们而言，自升式天然气压缩服务单位承租业务比钻井台承租业务更加吸引。”
他解释，钻井承租业务的现有市场展望并不具挑战，集团在这个领域还未签署任何合约。【光华日报财经】 |

沿海工程獲4.4億供應合約

（吉隆坡26日訊）沿海工程（COASTAL，5071，主要板工業）獲頒總值約4億4400萬令吉岸外支援船隻（OSV）供應合約。
沿海工程向馬證交所報備，旗下2家獨資子公司即Coastal岸外（納閩）私人有限公司和Thaumas Marine有限公司，共取得約4億4400萬令吉合約，提供7艘岸外支援船隻。
該公司相信，上述合約將正面貢獻2014和2015財年的每股盈利和每股淨資產。
根據報備文件，上述合約進一步將合約訂單，增強至26億令吉，其中約有14億令吉屬余船隻銷售訂單；至于剩余的12億令吉合約訂單，是為墨西哥Petroleos Mexicanos石油公司，提供升降式氣體壓縮（Jack-up Gas Compression）租賃合約。

合约强稳 价值低估 沿海工程可涨25%

（吉隆坡29日讯）沿海工程（COASTAL，5071，主板工业产品股）合约流强稳，但早前股价经历一轮回调，当前价值被低估，可算是业界较便宜的钻井活动主题股。
便宜钻井股
沿海工程上周五获得4亿4400万令吉合约，销售7艘岸外支援船（OSV），普遍获分析员看好，认定该公司获得稳定合约的能力。
安联星展投行研究指出，虽然展望良好，但该股如今仅在2015财年12倍的本益比交易，估值较其他钻井主题股来得低，包括合顺油气（UMWOG，5243，主板贸服股）和柏利赛石油（PERISAI，0047，主板贸服股）。
分析员给予6令吉的目标价格，相等15倍的本益比，较今日的4.80闭市价，还有约25%的上涨空间。
沿海工程如今订单高达26亿令吉，有14亿令吉的订单为船只销售，另12亿令吉是供应墨西哥国营石油公司Petroleos Mexicanos升降式气体压缩机的合约。
钻井台商机仍多
肯纳格投行研究形容沿海工程的造船业务，正处于上涨周期，虽然净赚幅从2012财年开始，慢慢回调15至25%，但当前仍具相当吸引力。
由于全球共有25%的岸外支援船，已到了淘汰阶段，预期未来一至两年的需求依然稳健。
再者，该公司即将获得自升式钻井台，虽然还未获得合约，但据悉，从去年中到明年，东南亚有约40个自升式钻井合约将到期，意味着还是充满机会。

沿海工程净利涨37%

（吉隆坡21日讯）沿海工程（COASTAL，5071，主板工业产品股）产品组合改善，带动第三季净利按年涨升37.4%，报5430万令吉。
沿海工程去年同期净利为3950万令吉。
集团第三季营业额，从去年的1亿9470万令吉，扬升19.4%，达到2亿3240万令吉。
相比去年，集团首9个月净利按年上升47.8%，报1亿5170万令吉，而营业额年增38.1%，至6亿9950万令吉。
沿海工程执行主席黄振兴表示，船队翻新与提升，为集团持续捎来更多合约。
“我们认同全球油价下滑，或影响市场业者的资本开销，而建造新岸外支援船（OSV）的（合约）增速也会放缓。”
不过，他相信，企业翻新船队的计划，将继续支撑集团长期展望。
截至今年9月，沿海工程订单总额为25亿令吉，其中造船或拖船销售订单为13亿令吉。【南洋网财经】

沿海钻孔为持有船只及钻探设备的公司，缴足资本达5万新币（约13万3304令吉），主要提供船只或钻探设备租赁服务。

沿海工程必達等財團勝算在望

（吉隆坡31日訊）根據《THE EDGE》消息指出，達利斯曼能源機構（TALISMAN）、沿海工程（COASTAL,5071,主板工業產品組）及必達能源（PENERGY,5133,主板貿服組）三方聯手，已經接近取得國家石油（Petronas）頒予登嘉樓州岸外PM9油田的加強石油開採（EOR）石油與天然氣儲備的合約。
剛開始時，沿海工程與必達能源合作，以競標石油工程部份，而達利斯曼能源則覬覦該工程的天然氣部份。惟隨著國際原油價格暴跌，改變了整個營運環境。
根據消息指出，上述3家公司與國油的洽商仍在進行中，若不是原油價格崩跌，3家公司可能早在去年杪即可敲定有關合約。而有關合約價值非常可觀。
上述發展也顯示，雖然國際原油暴跌，不過，國油仍然頒發工程合約。原油價在去年6月每桶仍有115美元，惟截至週五，它已跌至50美元以下水平，前後重挫了57%。
由於必達能源與沿海工程在2012年7月獲得國油頒發半島岸外PM316區的加巴、峇能及默南迪油田的風險服務合約，並提前完成工程及成本也減少的良好表現，也是國油考慮頒發上述新合約的原因。（星洲日報／財經） |

獲今年首個銷售合約 沿海工程訂單增至14.6億

（吉隆坡23日訊）沿海工程（COASTAL，5071，主要板工業）宣布獲得以1億9700萬令吉銷售2艘岸外支援船隻（OSV）合約，提振該公司總船隻銷售訂單增至14億6000萬令吉。
該公司向馬證交所報備，上述新獲取船隻合約推高船隻訂單，這些訂單等待交付期限為2017年。
沿海工程執行主席黃振興發布文告稱：“這是公司在2015財年獲得首批訂單，提振訂單總額至14億6000萬令吉，並且平衡在Pemex 工程的長期租船合約。我們很榮幸有機會與墨西哥新客戶建立商業關係，並會持續擴大在全球的市場地位。”

券商買進心頭好．沿海工程 穩健營運作風獲看好

目標價：3.42令吉
沿海工程（COASTAL，5071，主要板工業）指已售出首個升降式鑽油台（jack-up rig），同時有意規避鑽探市場潛在走軟風險，採取穩健營運方式備受看好。
此外，沿海工程宣布獲得以1億9700萬令吉銷售2艘岸外支援船隻（OSV）合約，料在2015年至2017年之間交付。在獲取新合約后，公司訂單數額增至28億令吉。
我們未對此消息感到驚喜，因管理層早前已指示會在今年首季獲得船隻訂單。同時預計新合約在今年內，僅作出4個月盈利貢獻。
不過這對沿海工程而言仍屬正面消息，在岸外支援船隻市場低迷且訂購新船意願有限時期，仍可有新船隻訂單。這張在今年獲得首張合約價值，與去年首季的1億7800萬令吉訂單數額相近，而且已注入在早前的10億令吉合約訂單預期內。
假設這項合約賺幅維持在20%，預計可為沿海工程2015至2017財年盈利貢獻1310萬令吉。
沿海工程上財年截至12月底末季營業額按年跌30%至1億7773萬令吉，淨利跌20%至3909萬令吉；全年營業額按年增15%至8億7721萬令吉，淨利漲26%至1億9077萬令吉。
沿海工程周二（24日）以3.10令吉開市，早盤一度漲6仙至3.14令吉全日最高水平，閉市時，該股報3.02令吉，跌4仙，成交量171萬9900股。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡24日讯）沿海工程（COASTAL，5071，主板工业产品股）截至去年底末季，净利下跌20.19%，报3908万9000令吉，或相等每股7.36仙。
文告指出，去年同期的净利为4897万7000令吉，或每股10.14仙。
当季营收亦录跌，从2亿5500万9000令吉，年跌30.31%，至1亿7772万7000令吉。
不过全年业绩则转好，净利年增26.21%，达1亿9076万7000令吉，或每股36.65仙；营业额则报8亿7720万8000令吉，按年增长15.04%。【南洋网财经】

答：沿海工程甫於今年2月24日宣佈，截至2014年12月31日為止第4季，該公司淨利為3千908萬9千令吉（每股淨利為7.36仙），前期為4千897萬7千令吉（每股淨利為10.14仙）。
第4季營業額為1億7千772萬7千令吉，前期為2億5千500萬9千令吉。
該公司截至2014年12月31日為止全年淨利為1億9千零76萬7千令吉（每股淨利為36.65仙），前期為1億5千115萬6千令吉（每股淨利為31.29仙）。全年營業額為8億7千720萬8千令吉，前期為7億6千252萬7千令吉。該公司的每股資產值為2令吉70仙。
去年淨利符合市場預測
根據肯納格研究剖析，該公司甫宣佈的2014財政年第4季淨利為3千910萬令吉，全年淨利則為1億9千零80萬令吉，普遍符合該行及市場預測，即占全年預測的96.2%及96.5%。
該公司第4季的淨利按季下跌28.0%，主要是交遞的岸外船隻較少之故，即僅有2艘船隻，比較同年第3季為3艘船隻。按年計核心淨利更是下跌20.2%，因去年同季交遞的岸外船隻達到5隻。

手握28億合約訂單
談到該公司的業務展望時，肯納格研究指出，目前該公司手握的合約訂單為28億令吉。
目前該公司正在等待2座高特制升降鑽油平台，它們分別在2015年首半年及下半年到期交遞，它們尚未取得任何合約。惟根據該公司管理層表示，該公司將盡力在近期裡取得一些合約，若是沒有取得任何合約，該公司打算在鑽油平台交遞期之前脫售這些鑽油平台，以減少它們的曝光風險。
該行推介其2016年財政年的淨利預測2億3千400萬令吉，主要基於以下的假設，包括該公司出租的天然氣鑽井平台將作出全年貢獻，以及旗下造船業務取得填補10億令吉的新合約。該行將其合理目標價定在3令吉42仙，或等於2015年財政年預測本益比9.0倍水平。

該公司最新業務發展方面，該公司在墨西哥成立租賃岸外資產，以提供鑽探、工程和其他石油與天然氣輔助服務公司。

售钻井台影响财测 沿海工程订单强撑盈利

（吉隆坡14日讯）沿海工程（COASTAL，5071，主板工业产品股）脱售自升式钻井平台（jack-up rig）后，盈利预测被砍，但该股手上强稳的订单，分析员相信能保持稳健盈利。
沿海工程表示，正洽售Coastal Driller4001（CD1）自升式钻井平台；据了解，交货时间推迟至第二季。
安联星展认为，这有助减弱公司风险，因自升式钻井平台市场正面临供多于求的情况。
分析员相信，第二个自升式钻井平台也会被售出，因而并未列在盈利预测范围。
“在将CD1租赁盈利剔除后，我们削减今明两财年的盈利预测。”
不过，倘若沿海工程争取到租赁合约，2016财年以后的净利或可上调10%至15%。
安联星展表示，除了钻井业务，该公司造船业务已争取15亿令吉订单。
税前赚幅维持20%
虽然船只需求疲弱，但沿海工程销售合约无需重新洽谈，相信能维持20%税前赚幅。
该公司本财年净利增长主要由PEMEX的天然气压缩服务单位（GCSU）合约扶持，该单位预计在第三季投入营运。
安联星展将沿海工程目标价下调至3.35令吉，但因该公司有强劲订单扶持，资产负债表也相当健康，维持“买进”评级。

为著名油商提供钻井 沿海工程赢8亿订单
二零一五年四月二十四日 晚上十时三十七分
（吉隆坡24日讯）造船商沿海工程有限公司（COASTAL，5071，工业产品组）已赢得一份出售订单，为一间‘著名’石油公司提供一座自升式钻井，合约价值8亿700万令吉。
沿海工程告诉大马交易所，其独资子公司Thaumas海事私人有限公司已获得上述订单，并预料可在2015年第3季移交这座钻井。
这项交易预料将对该集团截至2015年12月31日止财政年的收支平衡带来正面贡献。
沿海工程执行主席黄振兴表示：“我很高兴宣布，沿海工程获得了首座自升式钻井的出售订单。透过最新的出售，我们的累积销售订单已经进一步晋至19亿2000万令吉的新高峰，与我们在墨西哥的自升式天然气压缩服务单位的长期包租合约相符。”
目前，该集团的订单总额达32亿6000万令吉，其中为墨西哥国家石油公司提供的包租合约价值13亿4000万令吉，而余额则是来自船只出售和上述钻井出售活动，分别达到11亿1000万和8亿700万令吉。
黄振兴解释：“出售我们首座钻井的决定，是为了降低公司对钻井市场潜在放缓的影响。”
他也披露，基于现有市场环境，管理层相信上述自升式钻井的出售将是一项正面的行动。
他补充：“在我们的第2座自升式钻井方面，我们正与潜在包租商洽谈一份钻井合约。第2座钻井的建造正顺利进行中，我们预料建造工程将在2015年的第4季度完成。”【光华日报财经】
