平凡生活

哇。。好好壮观的山顶公寓。。。我也经常经过那里出MRR II ，恭喜楼主买了心仪的房子哦。

价钱会不会炒价炒的贵了点啊？确定可以在今年入伙？应该有点难咧。。。我原本想买，但是后来发现公寓问题一罗罗以后就免了。宁愿辛苦供排屋了。

对了，服务费呢？服务如何？

830方尺主人房,有点小,落地玻璃要好好利用了,,,



二房普普通通一人住够用




三房也是普普通通,窗口向走廊,一人也是很够用



客厅长,但还是就觉得有点小,,,,,



露台可以放到两张椅子一张圆桌吗?但很危险喔,,,,



真的可以望到它了,估计没错(你们看到吗?)...



很多窗口下喔,喜欢



厨房就觉得很满意了,够用,,,,



嗮衣间也是很够用(以后应该是拿来放杂物了),,,,,,,



大门不错看下(不用再换了),,,



地方会不会有点大,,,,,,,,



总结,,,,,,,,,,,,,

这一次的拍摄,过程虽然有点辛苦,,,,,,,,,,
但可以看到自己一直想探究的事物,和拍摄到一些照片给大家看,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
还算可以接受啦,,,,,

830方尺房子看起来,虽然有点小,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
本人觉得还算可以接受,,,,,,

里面的用料和手工没正正式式去看,只是匆匆忙忙随便看看而已,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
感觉上没什么问题,,,,,,,

外头的设备就没去看过,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
不知道好不好,,,,
不过地方就真的是觉得有点大了,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

还有就是房子小,,,,,,,,,,,,,
以后装修时,,,,,,,,
相对而言,就不用花太多的金钱了去做了,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

嗯。。厕所是木门的？通常是树胶门
lif 里面的空间会不会很小啊？

对!这是830方尺靠LIF角头间单位的,主人房和客厅都会有一片落地玻璃的

对!厕所是木门的,但我可能会把它换去折门型的,省位嘛


我第一眼望过去,我也是在想LIF会不会小了一点回去看图三架LIF里面靠里面那架是会比较大型一点的

不过真的有看到他们,日夜都有在赶工咯

那天发了一封email给IJM。。
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am one of the owners of Monte Bayu, I have some questions in mind regarding the above said project, which are as below:

1) I get to know from sales office tht the completion date of the Project is going to delay until October '09, not as what you promised us which is on Aug'09. An unsatisfy feedback from the sales office was "It's an usual matter that Project is being delayed". Please let us know what are the reasons which caused the project to delay, we just need an answer to understand the progression of the project.

2) What is the actual completion date of the Project? It is what as promised in October'09 ?

3) Due to the Bukit Antarabangsa case happened last year, and the Mutiara Court residents complaint issues recently, kindly let us know what are the action plans taken currently and as well in the future by IJM Land to enforce the confident and to ensure the safety of the owners of Monte Bayu.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Firstly we would like to apologise for our late reply. Apparently the project were delayed and we are targeting to complete tentatively by end of this year. The caused of delay has got nothing to do either with the structure or with the land area.

We are sorry for the unsatisfy feedback given by our Sales Officer and indeed delaying the project is not one of our (IJM) practise. However the delay is due to some unavoidable circumstances. Also we would like to draw your attention that the progress status of this project already hit approximately 85% completion.

We understand your concern pertaining to the landslide issue. Apparently the work in Monte Bayu still in progress and it is in line with our plan.

For your information we (IJM) have followed all the terms and regulations given to us since day 1 of the project. In addition our project was inspected and advises by Geo-Technical Team who is guiding us throughout the various stages of construction.

This project (Monte Bayu) is constructed on an elevated rock hill. As the project is on-going, we are also monitoring it in a close range.
