soli, i can not type mandarin as well as you all. hope u all are dun mind.
i just joint this forum, i plan to renovate my Condo PV10. any one have good price if possible provide to me the price and the material they use. becos same renovation will cost vary price just due to the material. if have photo for the design lagi best. ha ha .. I am Too Much and 多多要求. i have ask in house contractor's quotation, but the price is too high compare with out side. just a Kitchen it cost me 9K++, out side can get at 6350 use same material and design. so nothing can comment about in house one. for house grill full set he want me pay RM 2,700. is this possible? he tell me a secret(He say One, i totally disagree), that the price for material will increase by next week so if we want to get at this price we have to act faster. plaster ceiling they charge me at RM4/sq.ft (Normal one). if want have design one than have to increase another cost again. and plus plus, total quotation more than my budget. ask for a little bit discount also cannot, he say they just take a small profit. "wa lau A, i almost pengsan when he tell me he just take a small profit.

So Nice, can introduce your contractor to me? i also plan to use this design. But the price i ask is much expensive.
Anyone have ideal about build in cabinet (Wardrobe)? my friend suggest me not to do it. . he is doing renovation also. he say it look nicely but in future u cannot move it and cannot change the pattern already unless u redo it. some more it is much more expensive compare with ready made. he say now a days ready  made cabinet also very nice, and the price is only 1/3 compare with build in one. The cheaper price i get for build in cabinet (Wardrobe) is RM250/尺. Total for 4 rooms will cost me 8K. if i turn to buy ready made cabinet it one cost me 3K. i see the design already quite nice also. anyone get good price for wardrobe?

I need to fix the grill as soon as possible. any one have good prices. please let me know. Please . . . The cheaper price i can get is at 2.3K (fullset), with condition he want to do all my renovation work (This contractor From Block A). i realised that block A' contractor not so too much and more nice.

My Friend Tell Me :
1. Want buy cabinet go to furniture shop which beside high-way. It Normally cheaper compare with other because they purchases in bulk and from factory. u may try to ask your contractor to buy on behalf bcos the shop normally will give further  discount to contractor (depend on your contractor's bargain power.  
2. Want to buy light go puchong, the shop near to tesco - maybank. i dun know what is shop's name. dun go PJ.
just for your reference. . . final decision is on you.

1. 我的铁花是给ah koo, CK EAST做的。老实说，铁真的在起价！ 你看看我们楼上的贴，我的铁花价钱在那里。 包完应该会便宜。你可以打电话问他 0162168035，说是 Ms.Wong介绍....有便宜啦！

2. Plaster Ceiling我是在那个六富酒家那排问的。你只要在那里买料（老板娘也是买那里的）， 然后到老板娘的家:Block B-13A-12看看样本或者问老板娘。 她有工人（不过是印尼人）。 老板娘说她的工人手工不错。 如果客厅加厨房的简单L BOX大概要RM600++ 不加人工.......是不是很便宜？加加减减我想RM1000++........

Cabinet 和wardrobe最好给同一个人做。比较省钱！ 我是找专家：MAXIMA.......  Home Deco有便宜。603 - 5636 8191 找Paul,说是Mr.wong from Low Yat Plaza介绍......

拉电， 给main contractor做咯！

其实我主要的铁花和拉电都给main contractor做。其他的我找外面的 .In house Contractor Kanasai 贵！ 我的contractor还说生意好一点要起价！ .......能省则省............. sikit sikit jadi bukit!


*金玉良言：如果你要住长久，就做cabinet & wardrobe 。。。。。为什么？因为比较省位子，还有可以放比较多东西，看起来比较整齐

我决定不装INVISIBLE GRILL了， 因为不够钱，加上现在家里没小孩，等下次需要时才装，希望到时普遍了会便宜。

然后我打算自己买DOWNLIGHT， 6“ 4访的， 不懂哪里有便宜的，PUCHONG我不熟悉加上这样远。。
然后买一种新的风扇不开时叶片会曲下来包着中间的灯变成灯罩。问了三家，两家买499， 一家卖299。

我要想去多一次， 可是很远！ 如果去，看到一模一样的太阳灯可以帮我买吗？店主说有，不懂是不是我要的那款.
不用给钱，我的contractor会帮我给的。。。。

我没有加放物价！ 我不喜欢身边睡觉的时候有很多东西！告诉你们，现在住的屋子，房子太小，推满了东西............
