hi all, i did went to their office at 1 floor on last saturday morning and already complaint with them about our concern.
First, defect report confirm haven't started and made me angry. Their excuse was their staff who in charge the defect report already resigned. Second, About the advance deposit for maintenance fee, raymond explained with me that was instruction from managment and they just followed. Third, i was complaint that the security should available for 24 hours and let us able to enter our condo in 24 hours. i was very very honestly told him that we very very unhappy with them now. |

I also complain with email, but they not yet reply to me. I not understand what is the purpose for the renovation sub-charge? They habe mention will help us clean the rubbish, admin fees( renovation also need admin fees?) ....
