在pg没人敢用外面的承包商，不然就等到他们撤离才装修

他们没有指定的承包商，就是不给我丢垃圾，那我的垃圾要丢到哪里？？？ 我已经自己拿下去丢了，已经是很给面子了~

不然我们每个月白白给的管理费是什么？

上次我超过7点离开，他们把大门关了！之后又一个guard来，脸臭到！
问我干嘛那么迟，下次那么迟就不用出去了！

然后叫我去后门离开，这里不会开了！

叫你的承包商去和他们解决吧。我这里只要打包好，放在门前就有人来收了，但是要给钱，几百块酱

这发展商太烂了！！

什么都没，敢敢收我们7月开始的管理费！

现在连垃圾都不可以丢，还要我们自己拿回家丢！

那我们给的管理费是什么啊？

Hi friends,

so they already finished the defect or not? Almost 2 weeks didn't went there. i think this saturday i will going their office to ask them and let our block open 24 hours since we already got CF. Do your guys have any suggestions?

呵呵~~我的弄了一半吧~
那些墙壁有线条的,我的装修师傅说,别等发展商了!
到时候开工的时候我帮你整间屋子检查一篇,然后补回去的!

如果这拜六你过去office,问他们,我们的管理费到底付了得到什么呢?
垃圾桶在哪里?
管理人在那里?
accept card在哪里?

还有其中一架电梯很有问题, 灯全部坏到完,关门的时候超慢!好像随时会被困在lift的!

请考虑清楚当你要renovation.

Just come back from my unit and feel super super angry now.

When the time collect the house key, we need pay 4 month maintenance fees, even defect not yet start and 101% confirm that we cant move in but they still require us to pay this so call maintenance fees.

After get the CF and plan to start renovation, we also need to pay RM200 for sub-charge and this sub-charge depend what type of renovation you did on your unit. They just mention, this sub-charge will help us clean the place and repair the lift( I also feel funny after heard  this kind of reason)


During the renovation time, my contractor need to throw the rubbish where on P1 floor, but the Taipan rubbish sub-contractor need me to pay RM100 and only allow me throw the rubbish , else please ask ur contractor bring back the rubbish and settle yourself.

This kind of developer feel all the buyer is come from kampung and easy to cheat, always ask us to pay money but when ask them finish my defect and keep delay and delay!!!!!

多一点人过去,给他们施加压力的!
钱就会收,但是什么都不会做!

没用得，我已经打去问Sales Gallery 了。就连他们都叫我给rubbish sub-contrator少少钱，帮帮忙！！

我生气的是，他们一直要我们给钱，给钱！！！
