如果公司A和公司B组了一架机器5年，根据合同和客观判断，因此把它定义为operating lease

弱弱的问下,operating lease直接offset的不是吗,只有finance lease才可以capitalize的
而且没有购买的意愿就是说公司没有打算acquired/obtained其ownership,所以与finance lease也扯不上关系

我看了头好晕也觉得很复杂。。以前我是都 Diploma of Graphic Design, 现在我正在读着 Book-keeping level, 明年继续读 Diploma. 原本我想了解 accountant 行情，我越看越觉得复杂。。原本想完全投入这行业，但是我想要考虑清楚才打算了。。

直接offset是什么意思？
一个是lessor，一个是lessee,两者是不同公司。。
对只有finance lease才可以capitalise
我的例子是即使是没有购买的意愿，如果lessee已经使用big portion of estimated useful life，是不是也应该也要capitalise呢
或者再进一步地说，最后lessee还是以便宜价钱买了机器
虽然整个过程分开看没有错，可是里面很是古怪
因为看回overall picture, 怎么这么像是finance lease呢？

offset 在当年的account,直接当成expense

刚刚看了ias 17,你可以把他当成finance lease

Whether a lease is a finance lease or an operating lease depends on the substance of the transaction rather than the form. Situations that would normally lead to a lease being classified as a finance lease include the following: [IAS 17.10]

• the lease transfers ownership of the asset to the lessee by the end of the lease term
• the lessee has the option to purchase the asset at a price which is expected to be sufficiently lower than fair value at the date the option becomes exercisable that, at the inception of the lease, it is reasonably certain that the option will be exercised
• the lease term is for the major part of the economic life of the asset, even if title is not transferred
• at the inception of the lease, the present value of the minimum lease payments amounts to at least substantially all of the fair value of the leased asset
• the lease assets are of a specialised nature such that only the lessee can use them without major modifications being made

如果真的如你所说已经占据大部分的economic life,那就ok了,而且到最后lessee还会把asset买了,就是说有这个intention要购入他的ownership了,虽然intention不能够纳入考量范围但是可以用于参考如何classify account

话说你在这边不适合,你应该去财经版块才是

你指的big firm是big 4吗

我是建议你再呆一下
因为我自己去Interview的经验是在big 4 里面呆了3年理论上不算很资深...而且interviewer很坦白告诉我很多candidates是有至少4年以上的经验...
而且不一定跳出来commercial就可以有big jump的increment
除非你自己有个人想要发展的行业，那么就趁年轻跳出来建立自己的事业

有做过不同国家的deferred tax？觉得那一个国家是最有挑战性的？

最近误打误撞下进了一家学院打杂，有好多疑惑。

恳请各位大大帮忙解答我以下的疑惑

1。据我所知，教育业是Tax exempted的。 那么我还需要在GST实行之前做些什么吗？

2。学院请了几位讲师， 是contract basis 的如下
      i) 讲师的薪金是以配套来算， 比方说一个学期500个小时薪金为RM20k
      ii) 讲师是拿profit sharing
请问以上讲师的薪金需要扣除公积金， SOCSO 及 PCB吗？

请指教

我不认同。工程师，IT，土木的薪水都好过会计 （同期工作，5年后的薪水比较后）。
就算你是ACCA，CIMA， ...

現在中國有許多注冊會計師會去讀SAP FICO就是因為薪水工作量和IT比差多了，期望唸完後能轉型當顧問。

大家對此有什麼看法?

樓主，通常會計行都不會 offer OT claim 的，無論大小公司都一樣。

有些可以convert去leave..... 不过前提是忙到不能请假，所以convert去leave到最后也都不能用.....

哦，我的就是lowyat。这个真的很不错，我去interview之前也是读那个，资料蛮齐全的。

其实如果你的资料是从多方面获得的话也不会错到哪里去的啦。。
